It comes with a MCE remote that's pretty cool. Cons: Needs more RAM. The video card shares the install RAM (256MB). You can order a 2GB RAM card for cheap there's no reason not to. There was confusion with the listing. It states 5400RPM HDD and 7200RPM HDD, still don't know which one it is. I need to open it once I receive my RAM. Other Thoughts: Great for a media center PC. Very quiet and runs XBMC and all my old school pc games like a champ. Sleek design fits well within my existing home entertainment system. Cons: Shipping....did not come packaged in the newegg box like all of my other orders have. Only thing holding the box together was two pieces of tape that were broken so the box was completely open. Shipping package inside of the box was torn and damaged. While the unit is working fine and did not have any visible scratches it is fairly apparent the items were removed or fell out of the box and were placed back in and set on my door. Have always supported Newegg over other marketplaces for the nice packaging for my tech gadgets...not sure what happened here. Other Thoughts: If you need a windows or linux based HTPC that runs XBMC just get this little box. It is awesome. Cons: Out of the box it wasnt all that fast and HD movies would lag and stutter with Media Center and Media Player. I removed McAfee anti virus and installed Microsoft Security Essentials,This helped alot.McAfee is a resource hog and slows down the system. Other Thoughts: It only came with a C drive,I used the windows 7 partition tool and created a D drive to put all my media in. Removing McAfee and some Acer Bloatware and installing Security Essential and VLC media player i get a solid performing media center with no lag or stuttering.
