Pros: Well, it looks nice. Very aesthetically pleasing.
Cons: Hasn't worked more than a few hours from day one. It worked just long enough to make the backup disks, then it was down for the count from there.
I've been going through HP Customer Service, which has been very quick and helpful by email (though very hard to understand over the phone). I had the PC sent in for repairs after trying a replacement part.
The thing came back dead on arrival, so I'm in the same situation I was when it left.
Other Thoughts: HP has never disappointed me before this computer. I've always found their PCs to work extremely well. Maybe it's just this PC, maybe it's just this model of PCs, but I will not recommend the Firebird to anyone... though I may give HP computers in general another chance.

Pros: Blazing fast, sleek edges, very powerful. Takes anything I throw at it. Love the keyboard and mouse. Great buy indeed.
Cons: The price dropped $50 a day after I bought it.
Other Thoughts: Awesome is an understatement when describing this machine.

Pros: First thing to say, this system qualifies for a free upgrade to Windows 7 through HP. This is my first water cooled system. Both the CPU and the GPU's are water cooled. It's extremely quiet. The system is simple and very fast, but has no o/cing or memory adjustments in the BIOS. It's a beautiful, simple, and clean design, w/no bells and whistles. It comes w/a pair of Nvidia 9800S MXM Graphics Module style video cards, w/512 mb of dedicated memory on each one, that supports SLI. I run the system 24/7, running Folding@Home on all four cores of the CPU, as well as on the two GPUs, when I'm away and not using it. 100% loaded up, the water cooler radiator puts out some heat, mostly from the GPU's, which is nice to keep the room warm.
Cons: Had an issue right away w/the system not booting up. I was able to diagnosed the problem as being the external power supply. I went and checked to see if I was the only one at the HP/Voodoo web forum, and sure enough, I wasn't. They've had problems w/them. With this being the last Firebird that the store I purchased from, had, and I couldn't find a better price for it anywhere else, I called HP, and they immediately had a replacement power supply sent overnight. That fixed the problem. No problems since. Again, I run this system 24/7, fully loaded, when I'm not directly on it, and it has stood up for some four months now.
Other Thoughts: I've owned my Firebird since August, and since then, I've replace the stock 5200 RPM HD, w/a pair of 320 gb Seagate Momentus 7200.4 HD's, and set them up as RAID 0. I've installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I also plan to upgrade the cpu from the stock 2.66 GHz Core 2 Quad Q9400 to a 3.0 GHz Q9650, and upgrade to eight GB of memory.
