Pros: This is a great machine! I haven't touched my laptop since I got it! It is super fast and just nice to use. Best purchase I've made in the past year.

Cons: The only difficulty I had was in being able to read the Windows 7 product code because it was microscopically tiny! But that was all!

Pros: Good price -- if only it had worked.

Cons: DOA. We'll see how the replacement does. The included keyboard and mouse are low end, but I expected such.

Cons: minor scratches on the sides if the case

Other Thoughts: bought this for my 4 and 2 year olds. I have always purchaseg ibm/lenovo laptops because they are sturdy, even if often a little heavy. when paired with a refurbished monitor and wireless usb adaptor, a very inexpensive solution
