Pros: Worked right out of the box. Good looking and no problems as of yet. Would order from Newegg again. Have always had excellent products each time I've ordered. Never any problems.
Cons: None so far. Just what I wanted.

Pros: Price was good. Clean solid construction. No issues just plugged it in and it worked. Default GPU was good enough for gaming with no lag.
Cons: Did not have enough extra power connectors or wattage to use with a new GPU card I had purchased extra.

Pros: unit slow compared to my other computer, only 4.9 on system speed.
Cons: the detailed spec you have on the dx4860-ur11p, on your website, is wrong per gateway. you stated the computer would support 16gb of memory. gateway states the unit will only support 8gb memory. i have purchased 2 4gb memory units to up grade. i purchased the additional memory to upgrade this unit and another unit i purchased from you.
Other Thoughts: i was only able to talk with a person who was not technical and could help me. i need this resolved asap. i will be waiting for your response.
