1 out of 5 eggsAwful product and company!

Pros: none

Cons: DOA. Paid for fast shipping, and i'm not getting refunded even though it will be 2-3 weeks until i get a new one.

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: Nice features. Disappointed with power supply size, but thought it would be OK for office applications.

Cons: Would not power up. Hit power switch repeatedly, and will not power up at all. Changed power cords and same result. Appears to be a bad power supply. Had to RMA to Newegg.

Other Thoughts: Newegg didn't get the RMA timely and when I called them back, they said the return was denied. I told them it better not be denied as the only thing I had done was to open the box and plug it in. It just didn't operate. Newegg then told me that their records indicated that I did not have the original packaging materials. I told them that I never said that, and that I did have the packing materials. They then approved the RMA pending their review when they receive the computer back at their offices.

Pros: Price was right, had it been functional. New-Egg shipped it fast and free but so would I if some offered me $550 buck for a non-functional computer.

Cons: Showed up DOA, never came close to booting up. Not even a beep code just a solid tone, even after re-seating all the DIMMs and cables. Box arrived with no damage so I attribute the failure to lack of product quality.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price!

Pros: Great specs besides the on board video card. Runs quietly and smoothly. Huge hard drive space (2TB!) which is great to store the many videos, games, photos, and documents I have. Has cool lights that can be turned on and off (I usually leave them off). A lot of space to upgrade hardware inside the tower case.

Cons: The video card that comes with (Intel HD Graphics 2000) will not fly if you want to play any video games made within the last 5 years (see my other thoughts for a semi cheap solution!)

Other Thoughts: Upgraded the video card to a SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card. Was only 90$ after rebate on Newegg and now I can play Skyrim with high graphics. The card didn't require me to upgrade the PSU for this desktop so that's definitely a plus.

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME!

Pros: Great Desktop!, have had it for about 2 close to 3 years now, still going strong! Nothing can tear this CPU down.

Cons: Despite the weak 300W PSU i had to buy a 750W to run my new Graphics card, and the Headphone wrap thing, the fold up door hinges broke.. other than that no complaints.
Would look ever better with see through window panel.

Other Thoughts: GET THIS PC

5 out of 5 eggsStill Great

Pros: well It has been just shy of a year now since I got this tower and it is still kicking.

Cons: I had a brief hiccup about a month ago, and had to send it in for repairs through Gateway. (I couldn't get the Pc to boot, I could hear everything running but, kept hearing a load beep from the case and no power to external devices: Keyboard, mouse, etc), but Gateway fixed it fairly quickly, I had to pay to ship it to Texas from pa, but with insurance it only ran about sixty dollars.

Factory 300 watt. power supply, just wont cut it if you are looking to add a graphics card, or anything else, just barely runs two Seagate 2Tb hard drives (one is factory installed the other is taken from its external case see my earlier post), and a 200 Gb hard drive.

System can get pretty lagged down over time using just the factory installed six gig ram, particularly when running memory intensive programs; Indesign, Photoshop, or just playing SC 2 on low settings.

Other Thoughts: I am now thinking it is time for a few upgrades, going for about sixteen gigs of ram, better graphics card and better power supply.
Generally speaking this is a really good system for the average user and with just a few upgrades it can probably be considered a mid level gamer. I would certainly recommend this to others.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Had this for right around two weeks now, I can't find a reason to complain, it runs quiet, and I mean for the two fans that are in it, I don't think I will need to upgrade those too soon, considering the rate they keep this computer cool I was really surprised. currently ordering three new sata cables to rerun but that is for an extra two TB hard drive from Seagate, (it was an external but I need the desk space). considering upping the ram for kicks, because at this time I cant see much reason to need to other than to use this for serious gaming, but I would upgrade the graphics if I did that.

Cons: none at this time if I find something I will be sure to point it out.

Other Thoughts: just figured out that the case even has lights running around the edges, kinda reminds me of the tron costumes.
