Excellent Budget Machine
- Pros: This machine is a great budget machine that will serve basic purpose including taxes, home machine, or just to surf the web.
- Cons: QA sticker blocking inside the case. Scratches on the front of the case when we got it.
- Other Thoughts: Can be a bit sluggish at times, but other than that the machine is well built and well! worth the money that you pay. The OS license alone is worth $100.00 OEM.
FANTASTIC!
- Pros: This machine is fantastic! I was up and running as soon as I turned it on. I'm a stay-at-home Mom using the computer for whatever things we moms use it for -- it works great for our family! I did add the maximum amount of RAM which made it a little faster, but it was already fast to begin with.
- Cons: Nothing!
- Other Thoughts: Had a little problem when I pulled it out of the box -- that little packet of silicon balls that they put in packages to absorb moisture tore open and spilled inside of the computer case. I called eMachines, and they offered to ship it back to them to clean out free of charge. I was anxious to get it up and running; so I cleaned it out myself. Everything was perfectly fine, but they're costumer service was great!
Good buy at the price
- Pros: cheap, adequate for basic use (email, web browsing, music, video, etc.).
- Cons: VGA graphic only, but I wouldn't expect anything better at this price anyway.
- Other Thoughts: A perfect fit for my mother who only uses it to upload photos and watch streaming video.
