Pros: Fantastic, easy to use, solid, reliable. Incredibly powerful. An added bonus Adobe Photoshop works even better in the Windows 7 environment and when Adobe moves up to 64 bit, which will be soon, we're ready. In addition all of the other programs we use in our photographic business: ProSelect, Corel Draw and Microsoft Office work great. The built in CD/DVD burner is the "Light Scribe", we had previously used an external Light Scribe and loved it.
Cons: The computer came with the video card we wanted to run dual monitors, however that function was turned off when the machine was assembled, so it would not boot. Once the second monitor was turned off set-up was easy. Fortunately our local Windows computer expert immediately recognized the problem and stopped us from returning the computer. Previously when we called HP Tech support, even the supervisor advised we returned the computer and did not know it was their people who disabled the second monitor on the video card during manufacture. They blamed NewEgg, who had nothing to do with the computers set-up.
Other Thoughts: We've been using custom built Windows and Unix computers in our studio for decades. This is the first time we've purchased a pre-assembled work station. This is the way to go, even our Windows consultant agrees. We hesitated on the purchase because of some questionable reviews. Fortunately we listened to our local tech and are ecstatic with this purchase. If we had the cash we'd purchase a second one right now. We will later.

Pros: Very capable, good feature set, 8GB ram. Bloatware was easily uninstalled. Capable of driving 2 1920x1200 monitors out of the box. Discrete graphics rather than integrated graphics.
Cons: Ships with some bloatware, doesn't come with an HDMI-DVI dongle.
Other Thoughts: Using in an office setting, so the remote is not being used but it seems like it would be a nice feature for a home theater setup (if you don't mind having a tower up front with the rest of your equipment). Had to upgrade the OS to Win 7 Pro, "upgrade anytime" worked flawlessly and fast.
