Pros: Computer is great out of the box. The 4gigs of ddr3 ram run very smoothly and flawlessly. The dual core processor complements the ram speed as well. This computer also comes standard with litescribe system which allows you to label your cd's if your into that stuff.
Cons: Not a great graphics system. There is only a built in graphics system which was fine with me when i bought it because i knew for about 100 bucks i could upgrade and buy a new graphics card. Beware. You CANNOT. The system tower is to compact to allow for any upgrades. I opened the case and there is no room for a graphics card at all. Maybe you could squeeze one in if it didn't have a fan, but high performance cards always come with huge fans attached now days.
Other Thoughts: If your only going to use this computer for office work, networking, and music/movies, its a great entertainment/work machine. If you into gaming, and will ever want to upgrade, this is not the computer for you

Pros: Selected this machine due to its cost and was surprised at what came with it. Considering some PC's come with not enough ram. This machine is very speedy with it's factory installed parts. Having spent a total of forty minutes with Windows 7 so far. I am sold on it's reliability as an updated version of Vista. The installed OS's ease of use should make the person whom I got the computer for able to use it with no fuss for there stated goals of Internet and Video viewing.
Layout for the computer case was strange to me at first. The power switch is on the top of the unit just behind where the plastic faceplate meets the metal frame.
You could easily rest this machine on its right side though. Leaving the vents on the left uncovered to pull in air. Which the computer's fans do very well without any really loud noise. Overall compared with previous HP machines I have dealt with. This by far is the nicest one, really looking forward to installing more programs on it to see how it
Cons: No real issues so far.
