5 out of 5 eggsUsed in a low power redundant client / server system.

Pros: I used two of these systems at a customer in Mexico. The system allocates and tracks unique numbers to be used in Electronics Manufacturing. Only subtle modifications to WINXP were required. Data is dynamic, can't be backed up. Each box mirrors the other. Quiet, fast enough, compact, low power. My customer is happy. I am happy.

Cons: None.

4 out of 5 eggsNice little machine

Pros: Small, quiet. Boots pretty fast. Not super fast but ok for email and web surfing.

Cons: Rear usb port didnt like my usb keyboard but was fine on the front port. Wifi didnt seem connect well but disabled it and used wired instead just fine.

Other Thoughts: should come with a cat5 cable, ours didnt.

5 out of 5 eggsNice and Simple

Pros: Windows XP, which runs fine on 1GB. No Unnecessary software. Quiet and small. Great if you already have money invested in a monitor and/or keyboard/mouse.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: This one came with the built in Wi-Fi although MSI states optional and NewEgg doesn't specify. I was happy it did and it connected quickly using WPA. Although I had to use the Windows networking panel instead of the accompanying wireless software to connect.

MSI shows Vista drivers which should work for Windows 7. I only say this because the media sharing/streaming in 7 is great to use through the house and I have my HTPC running Windows 7 just fine with only 2GB. But, MSI didn't show a driver for the wireless device in Vista version.

The previous dude must have bought a netbook. I have heard great things about MSI notebooks and netbooks but for now I'll stick with Dell for that.

5 out of 5 eggsMSI =Great netbooks

Pros: Solid, usable keyboard, easy upgrades, workhorses.
Runs Linux, XP, AND OSX in dual boot configs.

Cons: Only the 2 gig memory limit.

Other Thoughts: I have bought two of these and two A**S 333pcs.
These MSI boxes run circles around the eeeps, especially on video. Wish I could figure out why. Same intel bits inside...

5 out of 5 eggsSimple & Great

Pros: Compact, Quiet, Fast, No Bloatware, Cheap

Cons: Drive partitions: 40GB on C:, remainder on D:
Only 1 memory slot.

Other Thoughts: What a nifty little XP machine! Very stable, easy to setup.
Great for simple tasks like web-browsing, viewing pictures, and I dare say some limited gaming.

MSi includes a recovery CD which is a nice touch.

Not sure how much use I would get from the built-in wireless card---- but it is a great option for some users, I suppose.

With only 1 memory slot, it'll make upgrading a little more pricey; but I knew that going in.
The drive partitions are a little wonky, but not a huge deal.

Very quick to get into XP, and almost silent.
All-in-all, a great machine from MSi.

4 out of 5 eggsDoes the job

Pros: Small size and quiet. Runs good right out of the box. Doesnt come with very much preinstalled crapware.
Plenty performance for day-to-day stuff like browsing media playback, or office stuff.

Cons: Low performance, but what do you want from a small form-factor low power machine.
Not enough performance for the latest video games.

Other Thoughts: Its a good little machine. I bought it to replace my moms aging duron machine. She is very happy with it especially since its so small & makes no noise.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little Computer

Pros: Low fan noise. 1.6GHertz is fast enough for most tasks. It also includes a DVD burner. No Bloatware.

Cons: Memory spec is wrong, it actually has 1 GB of ram.

Other Thoughts: For the money this computer is hard to beat. CPU is medium speed and the Hard drive has plenty of space
