Pros: Overall I'm very pleased with this computer for the price and found it an incredible value.

Cons: Only con for me is that DVI is the only video interface.

Other Thoughts: Was looking for cheap computer for my kids to play games and run educational software. Can't beat the value of this computer for the price.

Pros: overall good PC with everything an average user needs, kids use the pc with ease, wife does as well would suggest to anyone looking for a good all around family pc

Pros: I've given up purchasing the new systems, and paying the price for new technology, only to be outdated in a year. The system came to me Newegg fast, and worked perfectly. The restore disk is a big plus for me. I only hope I don't lose it before I need it. Windows 7 works great, and I've added 4 2g memory cars. The system works perfectly. The interior of the unit was dust free, and whoever refurbed this did an excellent job.
I've read the keyboard and mouse complaints, but you know what? They worked just fine. I have bought 3 refurbed PCs in the past, this one was the best out of them all.

Cons: In my opinion there are non. I saved a lot of money, how can I write anything other than "Thanks Newegg"..

Pros: Does what it should. Come with a OS reinstall disk, which in my opinion, is something every PC should come with.

Cons: Had a slight issue using older speakers (speakers work on other devices including another PC). The sound was not coming out right. For whatever reason (I really don't know why it would matter, speaker plug is a speaker plug), newer speakers solved the issue. Also getting support from dell was a issue as they say there is no warranty, but newegg says comes with 1 year warranty from manufacturer.

Other Thoughts: All in all, a good buy and may get another refurbished system, but won't assume it comes with a warranty even if it says so. Newegg was willing to take it back, but I would have to pay for shipping. Gonna keep it though cause its fine now. Sad though, could have got 5 eggs from me

Pros: Great value for the price. I had no trouble setting up & configuring it for my needs. Performance is very good for a several year old system. I added another two Gigs of RAM and now it will run 1080p video smoothly with the built in NVIDIA graphics chip set. Great job by New Egg getting this shipped out fast. I ordered this late on "Cyber Monday", had it up and running by the following Friday afternoon.

Cons: This is not a con for me really, but I feel I should mention it. The inexpensive, alright I'll say it, the cheap keyboard that came with it was defective out of the box. I'm not docking it an egg because I didn't order this for the keyboard. The system works perfectly. It just isn't worth the effort to return an $8 keyboard I was just going to bury in the closet anyway. The included LED mouse works OK. It's a little smaller than I like for desktop use and is larger than is practical for portability with a laptop. I gave it to my son to use and he loves it (he's 8 yrs old and it fits his hands perfectly). So everything worked out. Let me be clear, the system works just fine.

Other Thoughts: I'm currently taking a series of IT certification classes and none of my older computers were up to running the new Windows Server 2008 R2 OS. I needed a 64-bit system and am on a very tight budget (who isn't these days). I had been watching the refurbished desktops, waiting for this one to go on sale. On Cyber Monday, I finally got the one I was waiting for.
This system has everything I need to do the assigned labs for my classes. 64-bit dual core processor, Windows 7 OS, and a hard drive large enough I was able to add a partition and dual boot Server 2008 R2 with no problems. Gigabit Ethernet is a plus too. It runs smooth, quiet and cool under my desk.
It was a piece of cake adding another 2Gb of RAM and now I can run virtual machines as well. It came with two 1Gb sticks and had slots for two more. The case didn't have a mark on it and everything inside looked brand new. It has been running non stop for a month now with zero issues.

Pros: This is a really really good deal. Can be used "as is" or with a $60 memory upgrade it would really rock on Win7. I have been tossing software on it for a few days now and haven't really seen anything go wrong. The case is small and attractive. It is quiet.

Cons: The DVD-RW drive is kind of funky. Seemed like it was broken at first since it would not open. It just acts very odd, like it could break at any moment, however, after feeding it lots of disks, I would say now that it's fine. If it breaks, it's only $20 to replace it.

Other Thoughts: Had to wait awhle to get one as they are quickly sold out. Arrived with good packaging. Of course the mouse and keyboard are junk, they should just not even send them since they will often be destined for a landfill. I would've loved a $5 discount to just have those left out.

Pros: System was indistinguishable from brand new. Not a scratch nor a speck of dust inside and out. Everything operates perfectly. Don't be afraid to purchase this refurbished PC.

Cons: None that I can see.
