Pros: This is my first AMD gigabyte board I usually buy intel products they seem to be more reliable as far as quality goes and driver update for more frequent for Intel products then AMD. This is not a negative point for me since the board that I got came with the updated BIOS and I did not have to flash the BIOS or update the chipset.

Cons: This software on the CD is very outdated my know at the time when they ship it they don't update the software so you do have to go to the web website manufacture. I am a bit skeptical about the utilities that come with the motherboard on the CD I don't think they were tested fully so I am cautious about installing some of them so far the utility six does work you can overclock 4.8 if I needed to very easily from a GUI menu inside windows

Other Thoughts: As I mentioned in the cons the utilities that come with the board are sketchy at best the 3.0 drivers and the on and off USB utility I am very skeptical so I will not be installing that on my PC Ipersonally I think the on and off USB is a bit for lazy people. That is why you have plugs on your wall and power strip to plug your phone then when you need them charge . You should not be charging your phone via PC USB while youpc is off. it could damaging your PC doing that

Pros: What can I say this processor is very fast it cuts through games like butter. I have no lag whatsoever constant 60 frames per second. I read all of the reviews on this processor I don't know why you would want overclocking to 5.0 it's not like they are building graphics for games. I did read some of the reviews with a heat sink and just saying when playing games that is true the heat sink does wine quite loudly. If you are worried about the issues with the process even on stock 4.2GHz the processor while gaming does get up to 50 Celsius. By the start heatsink does work I would recommend a aftermarket cooler for your processor that will keep it very cool I currently have the cooler Master hyper 212. You can get it at fries for under $40 and my processors Daisetta cool doesn't it does not go over 40 C even while gaming on Battlefield 3 on Ultra settings. Hey word of warning if you do get the cooler Master hyper 212 be aware of your RAM height.

Cons: Follow the processor runs hot that is to be expected at 4.2 GHz stock you will you have to expect some heat from Cores.

Other Thoughts: I will be testing this processor out over the past few months and hopefully nothing will go wrong well I had to purchase I do have the three year warranty so I will be covered for the next three years if anything that's the wrong with my item

Pros: This machine is great! Powerful,quiet, gaming is great on it, but so is all the other mundane(or not so mundane)applications. I'd recommend this computer to anyone who is interested in great performance and quality.
