Other Thoughts: I just purchased it after my XPS 420 (may have) died on me, and decided to get one. Originally I was planning on creating my own system. Anyway, setup was a breeze, and everything's included. I love the fact that I can upgrade to a higher GHz processor since I have been with 1 to 1.7 GHz in the past.

I'm beginning to like Win8 a little; I can't understand the negative reaction, but since I've been using different flavors of Windows in the past, I like change.

Thank you Newegg for this, and look forward to purchase more from you in the future.

Pros: Breezy set-up, small and simple without a whole lot of bells and whistles. A lot of USB ports, and hopefully some hard drive/Ram expansion (possibly CPU chip), clever Windows operating system for a long-time Windows user.

Cons: Hardly any, and that's a first coming from a refurbished product... so far!

Other Thoughts: This is my first computer purchase with Newegg as I have been a faithful customer with them on my computer needs, and yet this is my third (hopefully last) Dell product after my XPS 420 died on me (be it the power supply, the RAM or the processor fan); I have been using my old Dimension 4400 XP system from 11 years and, like Timex, it's still ticking.

I so wanted to make a computer from scratch but decided to get one as a immediate purchase since I like to surf the web or view videos from time to time. I absolutely like the increase of the processor (2.9 GHz) as I been used to the 1x GHz on my other system in the past and the 4 GB RAM -- for the `price, it's a STEAL!

As per my Pros section - setup was a breeze, and used enough USB ports for my important peripherals. The minute I plugged on the power, Windows sets up and withing a half hour, I was ready to go!

As for Windows 8, well...

I donno what all the negative hoopla is all about. I guess I have been used to so many flavors of Windows (from the 3.1 days of the 90s, to 98, to ME, to XP and of course Vista, and Windows 8 is a new beast. Frankly I don't even miss the Start from the desktop, and slowly using the Metro UI is quite a different experience - in a good way.

No problems as of yet, and looking forward to using my Dell. Thank you Newegg for your timely and courteous service - I look forward to doing business with you.
