Pros: Decent price, reliable HP quality and reputation.
Cons: Bad refurbishing company... lazy! Not Newegg's fault.
Other Thoughts: Ordered this for a client, got the machine on the bench and fired it up. It booted with a red light on the front and a series of beeps. OK, this happens (sometimes), reseated the memory, still won't boot. Removed two of the four RAM modules (the older looking ones) and it posted, checked the BIOS and no hard drive was detected and I could hear the dreaded clicking sound coming from the hard drive. Fantastic! Bad memory and a bad hard drive all in one! Called the refurbishing company and was told to send an email to them explaining the problem(s) (and I even specified the exact size, speed, etc of RAM modules I needed to match the two working ones I had) and they would send the parts out immediately. Although their only obligation was to send out more used/refurbished parts. Received wrong speed RAM and another clunky used hard drive. Didn't bother using either, just replaced with a better hard drive and RAM from Newegg and now it is a decent machine, just a little bit more $!

Pros: Good Price for Windows 7 Pro, Core2 Duo, 4GB mem. Works fine.
Cons: This was not what I expected from a refurbished PC. Outside was dirty, inside was very dirty. Had to vacuum the dust out, especially from the heatsink. Heatsink looks like it is corroded. Video out is VGA, no DVI or HDMI. Board has PCI-E slot, but it can not be used because this version of DC7800 has PCI riser installed, which can't be determined from the product description provided.
Other Thoughts: Would not buy another. Looking at the HP specs for this box indicates that a PCI-E graphics card can be installed, unless the PCI riser is installed. It is not obvious that the back panel for the case is different if the PCI riser is installed, and that a PCI-E card can't be installed even if you remove the PCI riser.
