Pros: Nice budget PC, fast for a refurbished dual core. Great for office work. Good price. win7 32bit installed and a spare CD included. I will have give five egg if it wasn't for the bad drive
Cons: DVD drive didn't work, newegg want to RMA the hole pc just for the drive. I decided to keep the unit and replace the DVD with a DVDRW, probably the shipping cost more than the drive, but they will not send me another drive.
Other Thoughts: Hard drive is only 80GB, has a DVD drive only.

Wish I had bought Two!!!
Pros: This refurb. Device comes with my highest praise! Updated from Vista to Windows 7 which works flawlessly for me. For the price, This unit comes with great specs., and works great!
Cons: None so far? Could use more HD capacity, but I doubt you could get it at this price.
Other Thoughts: Mouse and keyboard are not HP. Not necessarily a problem, but buyers should know this upfront.

Good office computer
Pros: Its an solid computer for basic office tasks. We had to build out additional workstations. These did the job without breaking the budget. We added a video card for a second monitor. Just because its not brand new, doesn't mean it can't do the job we need it to do. Windows 7 CD included for use on refurbished systems.
Cons: Lets face it, its a used computer that a test was run to see if its working at the time the test was run. We purchased nearly 30 over the past few months. Since purchase, we did have 2 hard drives crash and a bios battery died, and a chassis fan died on one machine.
Other Thoughts: The only thing we found it when adding a second monitor, the onboard VGA is disabled automatically when the system reboots with a video card installed and unable to locate in bios how to turn it back on. So if you need to add a second monitor, you need BOTH monitors to work through the new video card. Don't count on on board VGA port to work while second monitor is through video card. Nope won't work. Dual VGA Low Profile cards are hard to find.
