1 out of 5 eggsStay away

Pros: On the plus side, the wireless signal was quite good (when everything was working properly)

Cons: Really a terrible computer. I've had it for less than a year, and it's a nightmare. To give you a sense, I just reset it to factory settings and HP errors literally occurred on the reboot (HP pre-installs HP software and services on the computer). This was a clean wipe! I didn't try to back anything up whatsoever.

Other issues:
-- Generally it's just a slow computer.
-- Has difficulty coming out of sleep mode.
-- Has difficulty passing the feed to monitors (I isolated the issue by trying different monitors -- Asus and Dell -- on different computers).
-- Extremely loud. People have asked me if I was blow drying my hair while playing CS GO.

Bottom line: this is a STRONG stay away.

FINAL UPDATE: It's dead. I'm getting a black screen on boot up that I cannot get past. It has been about 2-3 years since I bought it. It was exposed to little dust and received minimal use.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing at the price

Pros: Middle of the pack Video card Plays Skyrim on Ultra out the box with no hiccups, Guild Wars 2 on High with mid to high 50fps. 2GB HD means tons of storage space. Liquid cooled processor and LED fan make for cool lighting effects. Quiet running.

I paid 799 and was hard pressed to find other pre-built Desktops at that price with the same internals. Very happy with my purchase.

Cons: The Beats audio head phone jack on the top of the tower wasn't working at first, it would register that something was plugged in but no sound. Went to the HP drivers page and updated the audio driver and vwalah! Spooked me out that I'd have to send it back but just needed a driver fix.

Fair amount of bloatware but easy to uninstall.

Other Thoughts: The HD is only 5400rpm so eventually I will change it out for a faster HD.

2 out of 5 eggsi bought one

Pros: Nice fast newer computer

Cons: the video card sucks. i keep having failing factory video drivers and they come from radeon, which hasn't made good drivers since they were bought out by AMD. hp should have went with gforce.

Other Thoughts: eventually i'll buy a gforce card, and the computer should run better
