Pros: - Absolutely silent
- Small
- Tool-less access to internals

Cons: - Styling is just ok -- not much of a con really

Other Thoughts: I bought this to replace an older Core Duo computer. I combined it with a Samsung 840 EVO SSD and G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 1600. With these options this a very good computer for the price. It is handles average home function with ease. 1080p video decoding produces less than 20% CPU usage while staying at room temperature. Very happy with this purchase.

Pros: - Silent
- Runs warm but not hot
- Surprisingly large number of ports for such a small device
- Windows 8.1 runs smooth as silk
- This is the best bang-for-the-buck passively cooled barebones I have found. Handily beats any Intel NUC if you want it for silent HTPC use. Intel NUCs are not fanless.

Cons: - The "Plus" version comes with SSD and RAM but website does not provide any details about manufacturers.
- It is not built like a tank, but for a PC just sitting on a desk, it doesn't need to be.
- Nitpick: do not like bottom screws under rubber feet. Should be separate.

Other Thoughts: Installed Crucial MX100 and GSkill 4 GB RAM. Installed Windows 8.1 from a bootable USB (created using this tool - http://wudt.codeplex.com/) and I was good to go. Easy peasy.

When you buy an SSD drive for this unit, make sure it comes with a 9mm adapter. Otherwise it might be a loose fit.
