Could I install windows 7 on this computer?

As far as I know you cannot install windows 7 on this computer however, you can go from windows 8 to the windows 7 desktop on a regular basis.  If you find out that you can install windows 7 please let me know because I HATE windows 8, causes alot of problems.  Also, any chance your computer is possessed and turns on and off all by itself?

Is it an easy upgrade to windows 8.1?

Yes, it is very easy to upgrade to Windows 8.1. You must download the update from the Windows Store after getting the latest updates from Windows Update. The download size is about 3.5 GB, so you need to have a reliable connection.

I purchased this computer back in December 2013, so it's possible that Windows 8.1 is preloaded now.

Question 3

Does "Gigabit Ethernet" in the specs mean it has a wireless card installed? Do I need to buy one seperately?

It does not come with a wireless card installed. You will have to buy one separately or use Ethernet cable.

I have the m51ac-b07 and what i want to know is if it's a mid tower or full tower?

It's definitely NOT a full-tower case. I'd barely consider it a mid-tower case considering it barely fits the motherboard it has mounted. If I had to do it all over again, I would have picked a Dell due to other issues. I'll write a review later today once I have time.

is this a 32 bit or a 64?

It's 64-bit - most new PCs on the market from now on will be. But 64-bit hardware is still compatible with most 32-bit software - just not the other way around.

Are the keyboard and mouse included wireless?  If not, can I get wireless?

They're wired but you can always buy a 3rd party wireless keyboard and/or mouse. However, not sure if ours is the exception (something causing interference?!?) but I've tried two different wireless keyboard/mouse all-in-one combo's (Microsoft & Logitech) & there's noticeable lag with Windows 8. Went back to the included wired combo & didn't have any issues. Also plugged in my old (wired) Microsoft Natural 4000 keyboard & didn't have any issues thus it's a wireless issue for sure. Well, at least with ours & it's quite frustrating. FWIW, we don't have other peripherals attached besides a Dell monitor & an HP inkjet printer (wired connection).

Slightly OT: I inquired directly with Asus for a Windows 8 install disc (so I can do a fresh install) yet they wouldn't provide one. I should've bought the same Dell desktop PC (same specs & price as this Asus back in November) I got for my father since they were more than willing to ship a Windows 8 install disc for free. They even shipped it overnight! Love Asus laptops, motherboards & tablets...but I'd never buy another (built) desktop PC from them again.

Is there room/capacity to add a second internal hard drive?

Yes, there is an open slot for one.  You will need a SATA cable for the drive.

can this monitor run 3 monitors at one time?

just bought this tower 3 weeks ago and honestly? I don't know. it should be fine though. the processor and the ram are great for multi-taskung. if you're in it for gaming though? buy a better video card. depends on what you're buying it for though, man. gimme some more specifics and I can help you more :)

Does it have hdmi built in?

Has HDMI, DVI, VGA ports all on single video card... research the video card it has.... I suppose theoretically it would support 3 monitors, each using one of these ports.

Caveat: I haven't tried the HDMI port.

Does the 24xDVD Drive Burn CD's too?

Yep.  Burns em real well.  I just burnt a whole lot of CD's for um, some different reasons...

As usual, you have to cover the cost of the software, but that's no biggie..
