Need a screwdriver to open the case. Other Thoughts: If you see "Free Upgrade to Windows 10 when it is released" on any ASUS product offered by NewEgg, ask them how you will claim the upgrade. I asked and was told "That's not us, talk to ASUS". I called ASUS, they said "That's not us, talk to Microsoft". I called Microsoft and they said "Everyone can have an upgrade to Windows 10 that is free for one year, after that everyone will have to buy a license." In what way is that free upgrade? Manufacturer Response: Dear Mike, It's good to know that you are satisfied with the unit. In regards to your question regarding WINDOWS 10 upgrade, Microsoft will have the final say. We just have to wait for their official release and hopefully, it will be a free upgrade as being published from tech news.
