Pros: everythin looks great thts all

Cons: after returning it once realizing there was a problem in the graphic card i thought it wouldnt happen again but guess what once i got the pc again guess what the problem was....the graphic card and now a more downgraded graphic card once since this isnt even feeding into my monitor at all.

Other Thoughts: right now im mad tht this has happen and returning this thing was cheap about 40 or so dollar and i have to wait a week if i wanted it sooner it would be 80 so now i face the problem do i return it again hoping it would work or return this thing for my money back this has got to be the most annoying problem i faced

Pros: it seems like a decent desktop but other from looks cant really say much at the moment

Cons: right now im either having graphic card problems or driver problem and i just got this today everything seems fine on the outside but the internals could use work since there were some unplug things tht needed to be plugged and i cant seem to even get to the windows screen which ive spent 5-6 hours and even contacted my friend whos brother works at the real computer company but sill didnt work since the problem doesnt lie with the software it like with the internals of the desktop which is very frustrating.

Other Thoughts: hopefully they can fix this so tht i wont have to ship it our twice like the other customer

Pros: After BOTH returns I finally got a PC that worked. You could tell right off the back that it was going to work. The parts on there looked original and not cheap copycats that they try to send me the first time. The machine works great granted I had to upgrade the RAM on it to 16GB. The PC that had the OEM parts actually worked fine and im playing on it great. Because technically I can't get a refund, thought I probably could thought it'll take like two weeks or so. I need a computer now so I am going to keep it. But if it took faster I would return it and NEVER EVER EVER recommed IBUYPOWER to ANYONE!!!!

Cons: I had to return the machine two times, because the first one they sent had a defect video card. The second one I received had another defect, SAME problem. Not only that the video cards didn't even look right. They look like some cheap copycats of the original Radeon 6970. Everything about it was shady. Even the USB plugs didn't work on the motherboard. They try to get by saying good products for low price, no its cheap fake products for a low price. I AM NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER buying a product from them again. Now I can't even get a refund back because they decided to send me one that actually works now. But if I could I would return it without hesitation!!! I AM NEVER GOING TO RECOMMED IBUYPOWER TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW ALSO NEVER GOING TO BUY A PRODUCT FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. They are shady, suspicious, and tech support are incompetent. NEWEGG shouldn't even allow them to sell their product here, they are just ruining NEWEGG's reputation. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

Other Thoughts: IBUYPOWER seems really shady to me, their tech support is horrible. The tech support sound like even they don't know what they are talking about. They only repeat what I already know and can't give any more insight to the problem. They were talking about drivers don't pre-installed the first time I called how could the drivers not be installed when the video card on it is the only video output. Even without it being installed probably the output should pick up, it will just be distorted. But NOOOO the tech support made me do a run around get different adapters that was completly useless but I had to do so we could deem it a defect.
