3 out of 5 eggsGood PC

Pros: Great Price
Nice processor
No problems (See cons)

Cons: Didn't come with the advertised motherboard, so I basically wasted my money.

Hopefully I can get some type of reimbursement.

Other Thoughts: Great PC for the price, I guess they just decided to switch the motherboard without telling anyone. (?!?)

2 out of 5 eggsWarning

Pros: Good Processor, Moderate power supply.

Cons: Advertised with a Gigabyte motherboard, mine came with an ASRock motherboard with 1 PCi and one PCi-E x16 with the GeForce 520 in it. So no dual cards for me. I tried emailing about it but I didn't get a reply

Other Thoughts: Buy your own motherboard and processor and start from there, then at least you know what you're putting in it

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We apologize for the inconvenience. We recently had a part change to the motherboard and changed a few of the systems to ASROCK board instead of the GIGABYTE one. We will gladly help you resolve this issue. Please email us at Newegg@ibupower.com so we can have a RMA process started. We are sorry for the trouble. If you have any questions regarding this system please e-mail us directly at newegg@ibuypower.com. Thanks again for choosing iBuypower and we hope we can solve these issues as soon as possible.

5 out of 5 eggsFor the price, its more than reasonable.

Pros: The hardware is what your paying for. It does the trick and can run most games pretty well. I recently came from laptop gaming so personally anything tower was going to wreck my previous stats. But honestly as far as the 600 price range goes, its the best bang for your buck.

Cons: None so far, but if they come up Ill post.

5 out of 5 eggsIt's worth what it cost's.

Pros: Price. I find it aesthetically pleasing, the Chimera might not look great in your room (I don't know) but it looks great in mine. I don't like having open sides on my computer and the tower is legit - don't have to worry about it breaking because something knocks into it.

I don't care what people say about AMD Mobo's, I'm still a fan - the bulldozer series (as caveman-like as people make them out to be now) do a great job - this specific mobo can be overclocked by a [full] 1GHz if you want.

As for the NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 - Hey, it's not amazing, but it gets the job done. I've been a right wing NVIDIA Geforce fanatic for a long time, I'm loyal. I've been hearing people say to update this to the 550 Ti? But you'd need to upgrade your power supply as well.

I'll worry about it down the road.

Cons: You get what you pay for. Can't complain - I did my homework and this was the best bang for the buck. I literally bought the last one they had in stock at the time.

The only thing that got me P-O'ed was I paid for 3 day shipping and it should have arrived on a Friday, but it came on a Monday - I ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon. Didn't have anything to do with the product though.

Other Thoughts: I know I was kind of hesitant to buy this model because there were 3 other comments, vice other exact parts setups minus the casing that have over 100.

So, that just means other people wanted those because the case made the computer run 20x faster ;D Look, bottom line - if you want an affordable starter gaming system that will do you justice and you'll enjoy - this model is it, no matter what the case looks like.

I bought this to basically run CS 1.6,
watching movies in my bedroom & Skyrim (have it for xbox360 but DLC is never gonna be released). Also as a local network for my laptop & printer to deal with day to day school functions. Pretty easy stuff, might even be overdoing it.

I paired this with some higher end comp accessories, the Logitech G510 Gaming Keyboard, Logitech G9x Gaming Mouse, ASUS VH232H 1080p Full HD 23" Monitor, and then threw in a D-Link Xtreme N PCIe adapter - Just to give you a run down.

I'll update my review a month after owning it for final thoug

5 out of 5 eggsGreat value

Pros: Great system for the price. Have been playing WoW and SWTOR without a hiccup on either high or ultra graphics settings. No bloatware to deal with!

Cons: Included keyboard and mouse are junk.

Other Thoughts: Ordered it on a Tuesday, had it in my hands Thursday afternoon. Gotta love Newegg shipping!

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: Easily handles Skyrim, SC2, and all my other games on Highest Graphics settings. Very quiet, and the large case allows for great air flow to keep everything inside nice and cool. Audio works perfect, extremely fast bootup and shutdown.

Cons: The keyboard that comes with it isn't the greatest and cannot be elevated naturally, but that's no big deal, I just used my old one.

Other Thoughts: I was skeptical that this PC would live up to what I needed, but I have to say for the Price I paid I could not be more pleased.

3 out of 5 eggsSo Far So Good, But...

Pros: Pretty nice compy for a pretty respectable price. Not top of the line, but it should do the job for a while. Everything seems great so far. Except...

Cons: The supposed 8 channel audio is highly misleading. The motherboard supports 7.1 audio, sure, but in order to use it you have to have an "HD front panel audio module," usually built into the chassis, which is NOT included. So all you REALLY have is 2 channels. In order to use all 8 channels you'd probably have to replace the fancy case. Very disappointing.
