its the Best computer i have ever owned

Cons: Power supply goes out in a few months sadly so you can bet on that almost 100%

Other Thoughts: its totally worth the money its by far the fastest and most affordable gaming comp i have yet to own

Pros: Excellent machine very powerful for the price. Also upgradable.

Cons: Warranty was not an onsite. Have to send part to them and then they send it back. Had a power supply go bad on it and basically takes it out of commission. I had a spare power supply so it still worked out. Its still a good build

Pros: Runs TOR, WOW, and Chivalry all at a substantial speed.

Cons: Every once in a while it makes this noise, and then it goes away. It annoying. Acutally it stopped right when I made this review

Other Thoughts: I don't think it's anything to worry about though.

Pros: For the longest time this computer had no problems, I would play League of Legends and other games on next to max graphics and wouldn't have any problems.

Cons: I bought this computer in June and my power supply on the product went out yesterday, or at least thats what I'm thinking happened. Would have been great if the computer lasted longer.

Pros: It really does run the games I play nicely so I have no complaints there.

World of Warcraft, TOR, even minecraft while not as graphics intensive is more CPU intensive.

Cons: The con I would like to add is that I bought this in July and the power supply blew a few days ago, really scared me too since sparks shot out the back of it! I've never had that happen before.

Other Thoughts: I do not regret buying it but I would of liked to of seen a much longer life out of the power supply and really hope nothing else starts to fail only months after purchasing it because I can't afford another new pc or to constantly upgrade one. The point of buying this one was to have a new one for a while lol

Pros: Everything is good about this computer. Its fast, Its fairly quiet, its a good computer for the basic gamer or stuff doer.

Cons: Only con is the keyboard it comes with isnt the best. Its sticks sometimes and the back key is really small.

Pros: Great computer, runs a little noisy, but it is worth it for the power. Runs most games on high setting.

Pros: 1. Nice large case from NZXT with good air flow that has expansion room for up to 5 fans.
2. When working, the computer is very fast with Guld Wars 2, SWTOR, and Rift.

Cons: 1. Power supply (Logisys PS480D2) that is either poor quality or underpowered.
2. Extremely slow manufacturer RMA response.
3. Long waits for customer service that seems disinterested.

Other Thoughts: I've bought cars, trucks, boats, TV's, stereos, phones, computers, etc., for 25+ years, and this computer has the distinction of being the biggest lemon of any product I have ever owned. This expensive paper weight makes my Corvette seem like a maintenance dream. I've owned off-brand products, but never has one proven to be so poor as this computer.

Within one month of receiving it the power supply died. Judging from the numerous reviews stating this as a problem, iBUYPOWER must know they have an issue with it, yet they apparently have done nothing to correct it. Instead, they let the customer pay for the defective part to be returned to them, and then they sit on it for a few days before sending out a replacement. My PSU sat there for a week before it was even marked as being returned.

Upon installation of the replacement, I encountered yet another problem when the motherboard needed to be replaced since it would not POST, although the fans on the CPU, GPU and case would run. Shockingly enough, the new motherboard does not work either. I imagine at this point iBUYPOWER will tell me to ship the whole machine back to them (at my cost, of course), and they will fix it. Will it work? Probably for a month, and then this fun experience will start over again.

It's really a shame that this computer has such problems. Aside from the PSU (Logisys PS480D2), which may just be underpowered, the other components appear to be high quality. Unfortunately, though, the PSU is the Achilles heel of what would otherwise be a very fast low-budget computer. Combined with the lackluster customer service of iBUYPOWER it makes this a product that I would not recommend to any buyer.

And by lackluster I mean this: you call in and wait for at least 10 minutes before a CSR answers with all the enthusiasm of a night shift security guard. There is no sense of urgency from them and no shame in expecting the customer to repeatedly pay for shipping for their defective product.

A final word of caution for potential buyers of this computer. If you do ignore the numerous warnings from these reviews, please keep all the Newegg shipping boxes. Without those, you will be forced to deal directly with iBUYPOWER, which is a tedious and frustrating experience.

Pros: Fast computer. So far no major bugs. Case is a bit large for what is contained but that is a very minor issue. Purchased to replace my wifes PC and she loves it.

Cons: none.

Pros: I know never to trust this brand again.

Cons: - Power supply that can't even support the computer. It fried ten minutes after turning on.
- Put together extremely inefficiently. Cords are so tight against the graphics card that the fan can't even spin.

Other Thoughts: I got a replacement computer through Newegg. It did the exact same thing as the first. I then asked for a refund from iBUYPOWER. They refused, and were frankly quite rude, telling me it wasnt their problem. Newegg was polite and eager to help, even though I wasn't approved for a refund through them, either. They gave me in store credit, however, and I'm giving ASUS a try. Don't get this pile of garbage. iBUYPOWER doesn't deserve a cent of your money.
