Pros: Newegg did nothing wrong.. But I would be lying to say anything positive about the product.

Cons: I'm a Microsoft OEM System Builder and Business partner with over 15 year field experience, including asman MCSE Sys. Admin. The DVD-Rom drive did not funtion at all, The Windows installation that finalizes when a computer is first turned on, had an un recoverable error and even using my own version (after using all possible windows recovery tools) and doing o fresh installation.. it would take the install and upon reboot it would either error out of just go to a black screen(i had to use my own dvd-rom to do the install anyhow). Obviously this system was not burned in or tested with quality control at the manufacturer as my tools were able to detect multiple hardware issues. Beside that, it took just one look inside the the case to see the very poor quality components were used all around. I'm actually embarrassed that I overlooked some of the specs, thinking that woth a few mods I could make it more to my liking, but a DOA machine this bad would never be worthy as is of with add ons.

Pros: None

Cons: Within 5 minutes of setting Windows up the computer froze and crashed. This keeps happening...this is the 2nd Newegg purchase within a month that did not work upon delivery.
