1 out of 5 eggsAvoid

Pros: At first glace the case looks nice? Although, Newegg hasn't a clue that the window panel actually pops on and off which is the issue altogether.

Cons: Will need to be upgraded to run WoW at any desirable FPS for raiding.

Other Thoughts: My issue? The first day I got this computer I turned it on and did the windows update. During this process I got a memory crash screen and the computer restarted into the Windows loop. It's and 8.1 and no windows cd came with it. I filed for an RMA and sent it back to Newegg. Newegg declined to honor the RMA because of 2 reasons: 1. Damage on the side panel and 2. Missing RaM. Newegg argued with me that this item was supposed to have 2 RaM sticks. However, it only claims to have 1 on the description and only arrived with 1. As far as the damage goes. This is where you should pay attention the closest should you want to return this item. This item was not truly damaged as they claimed. On the Panel opposite the side of the motherboard there is a Plastic Window Panel within the side panel. This Plastic window panel pops on and off. There are pins on the inside of the case that you would want to push down further if you send it back to make sure the window does not pop open during shipping. When this item shipped back to me from the RMA denial this window panel was open. It opens to the inside which may look like it was dented in to anyone with no common sense. So take your side panel off and push those pins down really far if you go to ship it back. I thought about taking a video so everyone could see the silliness of it all and I still may. But for now I felt the need to let others know of this issue before they try to RMA this item for any reason. So that they will not be scammed by Neweggs lack of common sense. So, after talking to MULTIPLE ppl at Newegg after they denied my RMA I got transferred to a supervisor of a supervisor. Her name was Jacqueline A. Ruez. I know this because I had to email her additional information to her name@newegg.com. Company email. To get me to shut up basically she lied and said that if I emailed her information to her email she would go ahead and file the claim to the Manufacture for the warranty since they denied the RMA to "damage" and "missing 2nd Ram". She had personally gone down and verified it was "damaged'. However, I emailed her and she never sent anything in response and a week later I received my computer from UPS which was shipped from newegg. I filed for a windows cd from ibuypower but all they wanted to tell me is it should have come with one. So I ended up paying someone to get passed the windows loop issue and reinstall windows since I didn't have a cd and it wouldn't work from iso. I had already spent 2 months in a battle with newegg and I just didn't want to battle another place for 2 months. I also bought a RaM stick in case the one it came with failed again. Basically, this computer cost me a lot of hassle and additional money. It's not that great out of the box but upgradable. Newegg has terrible customer service and I question if their management even know how to opperate a computer if they can't tell a window panel is designed to pop off. Buy elsewhere.

3 out of 5 eggsGood PC, if it worked

Pros: -A great, sturdy case.
-Terrific price.
-Wonderful for upgrading

Cons: -Did not work with any monitor I tried with it, no matter what I did, it would come up with "no signal", I researched the topic all night and nothing worked.

Other Thoughts: I'm not saying this is a bad PC, I just got unlucky.

3 out of 5 eggsAwesome Looking Computer

Pros: Amazing looking tower case, good for adding and upgrading in the future.

Cons: When I attempted to start the computer it would turn on, but it would give my monitor the "no signal" screen, I've tried many things to get it to work, but I had no luck. I'm not saying this is a bad purchase, I just think I got unlucky.

4 out of 5 eggsexcellent for the price

Pros: This arrived very quickly. The product was well packaged. The set up was very easy and done within ten minutes. I needed to replace my old pc who's motherboard died and for the price this had everything I need.

Cons: the PSU isn't as much as I would like, but that's not a big deal as I have a newer one I can use from my old PC. The same with the graphics card, but again I have one I can put in from my old PC.

Other Thoughts: This is a great rig for the price. I am a gamer, but not hardcore enough that I was looking to spend a thousand plus, so at the price this is a very nice set up. Plenty of room inside the tower to make upgrades if so desired. The fans are very quiet, especially compared to my old PC

4 out of 5 eggsnot bad

Pros: easily upgradeable
cheap
looks pretty cool

Cons: 1st one i got only came on a few times, then windows would no longer boot and became unresponsive when trying to fix the problem. got a replacement

the built in wireless is awful, both machines i got webpages would load very slow and download speeds were around 100kb/s or less

Other Thoughts: my 2nd one came with a different motherboard than advertised, the main difference was 4 RAM slots instead of 2. I plan on turning this into a much better rig and bought it pretty much as a frame because it was so cheap, so im very happy about that.

if you plan on upgrading, look into more RAM, GPU and a PSU.
