does it come built?

Yes it comes fully assembled with a clean install of Windows 8.1. However, mine had a small issue with the power button on the case where the button unit wasn't securely fastened in place and the very first power up caused it to shift and become stuck in the depressed position. I had to take off the front panel and glue it in place better to prevent further issues.

Does it come with built in wifi capability?

It sure does! I still use a hard line (couldn't get the strongest of signals cause of my jacked up Comcast router) but it certainly has it. I've been really pleased with mine, good luck!

How well would this desktop perform for World of Warcraft??

I haven't used this machine for WW, but first person shooters work fine for me.  What you should know is that my machine has been a little bit buggy since I got it.  Issues with hybernation and not turning back on (hybernation is turned off), games minimizing during use for no reason that I can figure out, ... weird things like that.  I wouldn't buy another one of these if I were looking for another computer.

Once I ironed out some component  issues I had , program and editing and video making has been really nice for me with this machine , basically you can throw anything at this pc and the fans hardly speed up etc . coming from a older system I really do enjoy throwing all my geekness side of me at this machin , I also am a youtuber and streamer , and have no issues .. good luck

Can this handle Dayz on high settings?

If not high then medium/high surely.  It can run everything I've tried to play max settings 60fps at 1280x1024 resolution. Battlefield 3 etc.

Are the support drivers available to convert this system back to windows 7?

The key that came with the computer is specific to Windows 8. To use Windows 7 on the computer, you'd need to have a copy already, or purchase one and install it. However, I've been using Windows 8.1 on this computer since I purchased it, and am so far finding it much easier to deal with than Windows 8. Things are much less "hidden" than they seemed in the base release.

program It will handle but as for graphics design you will need a better video card then why they give you.. to be honest you can build your own with better quality and about the same price.

It looks like there is duel monitor support on the video card but the specs only mention one DVI is there support for two monitors

I think this one has Radeon, however these customs made pcs virtually takes most of the video cards. what really mostly determines the components is the type of the motherboard or lets say the motherboard specs.
