Cons: I wrote this to answer to a guy who asked whether to buy this computer.

I advise to avoid this brand.

I bought this computer and it was horrible. First time I run game (Battlefield 4, which should be no issue at all for a spec like this), the computer "freezes" after about 1 hr of playing. And then, every time I play any game that requires some 3D computing, after from 30 mins to 2 hrs, the computer just freezes. I have to hold down power button to restart, which is very f**kin annoying (excuse me for my language here).

The worst part of all this is that iBuypower has horrible customer support. They have literally no idea what the heck was going on. The only "support" they offered was to send me parts after parts to switch to find out the cause, if I pay for the parts in advance, refund later.

I did try to replace part for just once, the cooling fan, because that's what the customer support suggested. It did not work, and it was just too much work to keep doing that for maybe months. (Shipping takes a long time)

In the end, I just turned back to Alienware and bought another Alienware, which runs smooth as butter, and proves that there's nothing wrong with my resident location/ power voltage/ anything. ( I am in America.)

I've been using Alienware for quite some time and it has been great. No matter how people say about Dell, it has provided me with consistent quality and customer support. Heck, they even sent a specialist to my house to replace my Alienware R17 broken screen when I was in China, no questions asked.

I have no experience with Origin PC, but a few friends of mine say good things about them. I heard they offer PCs with any different specs you can imagine.

I write down all this so that you and hopefully others won't waste nearly 2000 bucks on this like I did. Now that I'm stuck with a gaming PC that won't let me finish one competitive match in Counter Strike: Global Offensive, I certainly hope you won't be.

Pros: - The computer ran great for the first week that I bought it.
- Let me run every game on it's highest graphics with no problems for the first week that I had it.
- Very quiet very quick to start up. Everything ran efficiently and effectively.

Cons: - IBUYPOWER is normally a very good brand when you're buying from their own website. They are also much more expensive. The reasoning behind that is because they mass produce these cheap computers to retailers like Newegg but with significantly less quality components. Their Liquid Cooling System is a cheap Chinese knockoff that will maybe last 2-3 weeks tops. This is not just a single product that has this problem. Multiple people who have bought a product like this have had the same problem. Cheap Knock Off component pieces.
- Computer heats up to 120 Degrees Celsius. Not Fahrenheit. In idle. the computer heats up to about 90-100 Celsius with no programs running whatsoever. Freshly just started the computer up and it was already that hot. Running any game can jump it up to 110-120 pretty easily. Stress testing the computer for 30 seconds will jump it to 130 Celsius. Processors cannot last past 90 Celsius for long periods of time.
- The wireless adapter is also a piece of work. It can barely handle going above 2 MBPS Download. It is literally just a $2 wireless adapter that you can buy from any Chinese Electronics website.
- The front panel to place your discs in is nearly impossible to open with placing extreme pressure on the front of the CPU.
- The mouse and keyboard are not of gaming quality, so you have to buy your own there unless you do not mind key presses being missed.
- Asking for a replacement from Newegg is also available. They will string you around for 3 months until you are satisfied with just a refund rather than a replacement. If you buy this computer and it overheats and freezes and shuts down for no reason or cannot even connect to the internet wirelessly, you will not be receiving a replacement.
- Newegg customer service with this product is completely atrocious. Very unhelpful. I do not know if this is the same way for all of their products but I guarantee if you have a problem with this product, they will say anything they can to you but stuff you with only a refund. I have been waiting for 3 months to receive my product back. The only thing that they can do or rather want to do about the problem, is give me a refund.

Other Thoughts: - If this computer was made to par with the real component parts, it would have been one of the best deals on the internet. However, since almost everything in the computer other than the GFX Card and the Processor is a knockoff, this takes a toll on the rest of the computer which will show eventually.
- Check around on the internet and the rest of the ratings. This product looks great but is not a great choice.
- As the title says, do NOT buy this product unless you are willing to receive a most likely defective computer and will only receive a refund back for it. I purchased this computer on 11/30/2015 and it is now 2/15/2016 and they are still dodging everything involving replacing the computer rather than refunding it.
- They tried to send me a significantly lower quality computer as compensation instead of refunding me. Refurbished HP Desktop with an i3 Processor.

Pros: - SSD was already readable by pc
- PC boots up and usable in 5secs
- No lag whatsoever unless your moving data
- Product was secured and protected in the box it was transported to
- Games run super smooth and no lag with multiple things opened.

Cons: - Unfortunately got a case where the front hatch wont click in and stay close
- It randomly froze once and had to reboot
- Updating driver had to be done manually since it wouldn't with the program

Other Thoughts: Have a case that will close for the front but otherwise a great product

Pros: I built my last two computers and decided that this time I would take the hit to have one ready to go when it arrived vs. the hassle of assembling/installing, etc- it's just not my thing. Mine arrived in good shape, unpacking wasn't a big deal, and everything was in place and felt solid. Booted right up and haven't had any issues. Currently playing a lot of Fallout 4 on Ultra and no lag, stutters or anything frustrating. Smooth as silk. GTA V looks insane and runs with no issues. I'm not even sure this computer knows when I'm playing some of the MMOs or older games. The computer this one just replaced was an AMD 8350/GTX 970 and I had stuttering and/or locks on a lot of the newer games- esp. post Win 10 installation- no such issues so far with this computer.

Super quiet- can't even hear it. Fan port in the back of the tower blows cool air, even when gaming.

No bloatware (Thank you, iBP)! Just turn it on and enjoy a clean slate.

Cons: Did have one small issue where a USB port decided to stop detecting my mouse. Re-booted and issue hasn't replicated.

No real documentation/spec sheet, etc., other than the components literature thrown into a zip-loc bag with cables, etc.

Other Thoughts: I felt like I got a killer deal on this computer, picking it up during a sale (while actively looking for a new comp) and was able to apply a code, bringing the price down A LOT compared to what I'm seeing currently, so I really bought (almost) on impulse. I was a little nervous waiting for shipment, because I wasn't too familiar with iBP, but happy so far.

EDIT AFTER A MONTH'S OWNERSHIP: Computer is still running fine, no issues and overall happy with it. HOWEVER, having the OS on the small SSD (which has pretty much no room for any of today's games- if you plan on having more than a few installed at a time) and having to install everything on the other drive has been a pain. I think I would have almost preferred a larger old-school HDD than having to hop back and forth with installs. You can take the effort to have everything default to the second larger drive, but I've still had issues with some games that have proprietary launchers and whatever where I've had to go and manually change config settings to re-direct the .exe files. Stuff like that. Not impossible hurdles, but can be a pain sometimes. Still a good computer. Since it is all non-proprietary components, you're basically paying a couple hundred bucks for a build, depending on whether you buy on sale or not. It was worth it to me.

Pros: Worked well for about 3 hours before it started acting up

Cons: Had an issue with sound and microphone not working but had it resolved with help from a friend.
Then the real problems began. The computer would restart every few minutes for no reason. Once restarted the resolution would be in 800x640. They said it was an issue with the video card and to send the product back for a replacement. Sent it back and finally got a response email saying they received it and were shipping me a new one. Only to get another email the next day saying they were refunding my money instead because they did not have anymore in stock. Computer was purchased Dec. 12th, it is now Jan. 8th. I have spent nearly a month waiting for a computer with nothing to show for it.

Other Thoughts: Maybe I just had extremely bad luck but this entire process was terrible. I felt like a kid on Christmas morning when I received my computer only have to them crushed. Wasted a month of my time when I should have just spent the extra 200-300 dollar to buy it from Best Buy. Overall - complete waste of time.

Pros: It is fast when it is fast. I will give it that.

Cons: #1 It freezes constantly the only thing that fixes it is a Reboot. This wouldn't bad, but it happens every night.
#2 The key board and mouse are not that great of quality.
#3 The water cooling had zero direction. It didn't say if it had been pre-filled or not I had to find other people who bought this junk to find out.

The main thing is the freezing... I'm not over clocking it, Ha I don't game much, but when iTune, Netflix, and Google chrome crash your stuff... You know you made a mistake purchasing the product you did. I'll probably send it back.

Other Thoughts: I'm really disappointed in Ibuypower. I have heard good things, and now that I have one it is constantly freezing.

Pros: Longlasting, durable, and high specs!

Cons: White Case can get dirty easily

Cons: WOULD OF LIKED A BIGGER MOTHERBOARD, BUT THE MIRCO MB WORKS GREAT AND DOESN'T USE A LOT OF POWER INORDER TO RUN VERY FAST !!!

Other Thoughts: THIS IS A GREAT COMPUTER FOR ANY ONE !!! I BOUGHT THIS ONE FOR MY 7 YEAR OLD GRANDCHILD TO USE FOR HIS SCHOOL WORK AND PLAY THE GAMES HE LIKES OFF THE ETERNET !!!

Other Thoughts: I would recommend for someone who have KNOWLEDGE of computer.

Pros: Good value, couldn't DIY much more affordably.
