Other Thoughts: My last computer was a IBUYPOWER and was very happy with it, so I decided to get another one. I am able to run every game I throw at it including GTA V and the Witcher 3 on maxed settings. I added a extra hard drive and fan to the side panel.

Pros: Looking at this rig from a tech standpoint everything fits together and should work. It has what most of us want, good CPU, good GPU and good memory and this rig has all that and more.

Cons: I have always done my business with a different site i wont mention before they shutdown their site. After looking around and talking to a few people it seemed as though iBuypower was a good choice so i went through newegg (You guys are awesome so far. I made a rig from pcpartpicker.com and found the same rig at your site for the same price and decided I would take a leap of faith and start doing my PC business with You. iBuypowers customer service has been terrible. I explained since i had recieved my PC from iBuypower I sold my old PC and had nothing else I could use. I was promised expressed shipping along with rushed repairs. They told me it would take 4-5 days but showed up a few hours later, really bad communication and lack of knowing what is really going on with the customers problem is bad business, period.

I opened the PC from packing and set it all up only to find out it is still freezing. All this after a replaced GPU that was sent to me before the first time i had to ship this PC. Next I get my PC back and was told the CPU was replaced and should work fine.

This brings us to RMA: 281746

After talking to customer service i was told i had to ship the PC once AGAIN. I was promised expressed shipping (The Fedex Printout is regular ground shipping but i sent it anyway). After having to deal with this a second time I asked for a upgrade of anykind and was offered a game I already had. I asked for maybe a memory, SSD or regular memory upgrade and was refused any other upgrade.

I will be posting on your forums as soon as they are back up and will never buy from iBuypower again unless something reasonable is done. Thank You.

Other Thoughts: Cold, uninviting customer service from iBuypower + slow product returns and bad products = Bad business and no return customers like myself.

Pros: The computer specs are great. The graphics card is capable of playing any current title at high settings with good frames. The overall build quality is good. The cable management is very neat. Drivers were easy to install and the overall first setup/updates were fast and easy. Everything was great until it happened.. two hours in, I started experiencing issues.

Cons: Since I first got the machine, it was having issues. There was a minor graphic glitch 2 minutes into the first YouTube video I watched. It managed to resolve itself and ignored it. First game I installed ran great with no issues. I started to install another game and left the room. Fifteen minutes I come back to a BSOD, or in other words a blue screen. I had to manually turn off the computer from the rear since the whole machine basically froze. I started it up, tried again and another BSOD with a different error. I went through this three times before I called iBUYPOWER technical support. They made me run a HDD test and memtest86 and call them later with results. Called back, had to explain again what happened, gave results and nothing. The representative was rude and did not care to help, he just wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible. I knew their tech support was horrific, but experiencing it is totally different.

I called Newegg tech support to request an RMA for replacement. It was very quick and easy to receive my RMA sticker.

Let me point this out now, I purchased the warranty with 3-day shipping and rush processing because I needed this computer as fast as possible and needed it working. The warranty promised to fix the issue within 5 business days, that was not true.

I sent it in on a Monday, they gave me ground shipping (4-7 business days). It took an entire week for the computer to reach its destination. When it got there, it took 2 days to process it, 3 days to inspect it. When it finished, I was given three day shipping back. The issue was, it went out of stock while processing at Newegg! I was furious! You would think they would hold one for you, but no, they do not care. I was not notified that they changed it to a refund by phone. They emailed me that they accepted the RMA as a refund. I called them to confirm it was a replacement and was told the news it was out of stock. They did not automatically refund me warranty or shipping cost without calling in again.

I ordered this computer on the ninth, and it was now the 25th and I was still without a computer, that I paid extra to get fast! I feel as if I was scammed since it first came in.

Other Thoughts: Now its the 28th, and I had to order another computer. You would think that Newegg would help me out with this new computer and rush deliver it to me but they provided no help.

"Ordered new PC on 27th and we'll see when it comes in"
