Other Thoughts: Bought this on Cyber Monday. Excellent deal by far!

5 out of 5 eggsThis computer rocks!!

Pros: This computer is a great deal... I bought it on CyberMonday to replace my 4y/o computer and the difference is amazing. Vista runs great, all the components are reputable name brands (WD, eVGA, Corsair, BIOSTAR), the computer was built with some TLC with all errant cables ziptied away in one fashion or another. From the moment I took it out of its well protected box, I couldn't believe how much performance I recieved for the price. I couldn't have built it myself for the price!!

Cons: Nothing huge... Motherboard is very small and does not leave much room for expansion, stock keyboard/mouse are logitech, but very basic... that's it so far.

Other Thoughts: Get this computer!!!

5 out of 5 eggsBuy this computer

Pros: As soon as you boot this computer up, it runs perfectly. It's quiet, and incredibly fast. This computer will run many, many programs at once without losing speed.
Everything comes perfectly organized in the box and there are no missing pieces.

Cons: The keyboard and mouse are basic, but heck, that's not much of a con.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: PC has run everything that I've tossed its way so far today. Loving this pc compared to my last pc which was very out of date.

Cyber monday deal for this pc was AWSOME.

Cons: PC wouldn't turn on when I got it. Had to call tech support for help fixing the problem ended up being something small though, just a connection that wasn't pushed down far enough.

4 out of 5 eggsCYBER MONDAY : $625.58 Shipped

Pros: Part for Part a decent deal

I ran the cost of each component before I bought this:
Case: ~50
GPU: ~70
OS: ~90 (64-bit only)
ACC: ~30
= ~580 before tax
=~629 after (8.5% sales tax)

Cons: Limited Upgradability
Does not include 32-Bit version of Vista HP

Other Thoughts: Since this is my jump from an old AGP board to PCI-E on a tight budget, this system does the job perfectly without the hassle of building it myself. If you're a serious gamer you may want to look elsewhere. For a budget gaming PC, this one outperforms most in cost and simplicity. 64-bit is getting more attention so the lack of a 32-bit version of the OS negligible.

4 out of 5 eggsVery Pleased

Pros: CPU easily OC'd on stock equipment.

Vistax64 runs perfectly out of the box. I had been resisting the upgrade to Vista because my old PC would have barely run it. This PC runs Vista x64 without a hitch. It's obvious that Vista was intended to be a 64 bit system and this PC runs it excellently (5.4 score for Vista overall, 5.9 for CPU and Graphics stock).

All devices were recognized and installed immediately. I have yet to run into a driver issue.

Bought mainly as an upgrade to my former PC for day to day use and to run WoW. Runs WoW amazingly well at higher than maximum settings.

Video card is EVGA branded.

Tower leaves plenty of room for future upgrades: for example, a much larger PSU and mobo will easily fit. Lots of room for extra drives (with a new mobo - see below)

Audio sounds good with a decent set of headphones.

Cons: DVD-RW runs very loudly.

Motherboard is very small - 1 PCI slot is covered by the graphics card. Only 2 slots for RAM. Limited expansion possibility with current Mobo.

Could use an extra fan on the door, there are extra power connections to make that easy enough.

Audio from connected speakers is very substandard. I haven't quite diagnosed the problem, but there is a loud buzzing in if the volume is turned up past very quiet. This may be a driver problem caused by the wireless graphics card I installed, on the network card's reviews there are reports that Vista x64 does not play nice with the sound card.

Other Thoughts: I am running the computer with two screens, one a 22" Samsung monitor and the second is my 32 Samsung HDTV. I completely underestimated the size of the screen but after playing WoW on it for a few hours I still sat there saying to myself, "this is amazingly rediculous."

Vista boots in 30 seconds the very first time you hit the power and it runs beautifully.

Newegg delivery was excellent, received all three parts of my order within 24 hours of placing the order.
