5 out of 5 eggsSIIIIICKKKKKK

Pros: Amazing looks. Very fast, runs everything at top speed, in 3 hours i had everything installed and running. Great buy for the price. I was gonna make a build very similiar to this one that would've cost me much more...for the first time the build one is cheaper was a failure...windous 7 up is a must, thats another 200$ savings there. Different from the complaints about the cover its an awesome cover, i keep it open while using the PC. if you close it while using it you muct be not using the dvd bay, if you use it often just leave it open, close when you go to bed/go live away from your computer...yes we need to do that even if this awesome machine calls out for us to be using it all day long ^_^...great newegg took 3 business days to deliver, i got it on the 4th day in the afternoon, buy it if available, you can increase a prety good amount of things in it.

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: looks like then motherboard does accept 1600ddr3 and the video card is still a 5.9 rating with vista...BUY IT NOW!!!

5 out of 5 eggsFaster than my internet

Pros: This computer is lightning fast. It's my first new desktop (I've had many used ones, and a new laptop) and it came ready to go. It can handle everything I've thrown at it and my computer repair guy says he's jealous because for the money he could not have built one better. I'm loving playing games on it, my PS2 is all but forgotten.
And for school work it's like no worries! Blazing through WORD and EXCEL. We're talking about overclocking it (Just because we can) but I don't really need to.

Cons: Can't think of one yet. Durn thing is amazing.

5 out of 5 eggsamazing

Pros: Runs WoW on ultra settings 60 fps, no problem. Crysis 20-30 fps on high. Crysis Warhead max settings around 30fps. I upgraded from 512mb ram, single-core processor. The difference is amazing.

Cons: LED can be annoying when I'm downloading something overnight. Not really a problem.

Other Thoughts: I had a lot of trouble actually placing the order. It kept telling me it wouldn't process the order because the address didn't match the one the credit card had on file. Called the credit card company and they said they had been charged for it. Had to enter the address a couple more times before newegg said the order went through. Once it was processed it was here in 3 days.

5 out of 5 eggsawesome!

Pros: very nice setup came shipped on time within 2 days and runs like a champ! best system ive purchased in a long time. i was going to build my own but after lots of research and i just stumbled upon this site ive found this is definitely the best deal out there right now. everything was hooked correctly i know some people in other reviews had qc probs... i didnt =) runs wow and unreal tourney at full settings not a single glitch.. now im finding my comp is so fast my net can hardly keep up with it lol!

Cons: at this price there isnt any so far.

Other Thoughts: i went to cyberpowers site and they had a comp for 680 not as good hardware but with the same case and the upgrades that would match this comp wouldve easily put it at 1000 bucks so good deal guys! im going to be buying my husband one soon .. he likes mine so much now he wants one too! thanks

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME

Pros: Bought this computer to play World of Warcraft on and it blows it away even with ultimate settings. This comp runs all of programs and apps simultaneously with absolutely no problems at all. I could not have asked for or found a better computer for the price and since I bought the 2 year extended warranty for only $99 dollars extra I know that I have nothing to worry about.

Cons: Have tried to find one and I can't.

Other Thoughts: If you are a hardcore gamer go ahead and look into buying some more DDR3 to install since you have 2 free slots but you might not even need to.

5 out of 5 eggsQuick,Fast, Quiet

Pros: Very Fast for the price, a very nice all round computer.
Was hesitant on getting this, but took the chance. I am extremely impressed.

Fast Processor, I don't OC so I can't offer much there.
Processor runs quite cool.
3 Fans all quiet, a DVD player or Blu-Ray player have been louder than the fans.

When received I bought 4GB of Mushkin Ram booted up clean and nice.
Added an extra 120mm fan to the side to keep temps down a little extra.

500GB HDD is fine for me. Might be a little less for some. I highly recommend to get the computer anyway and just get another/add a previous HDD to the computer.

CyberPowerPC did an amazing job with cable management.

I use the Adobe CS4 suite, no hangups at all, very fast render times.

No bloat-ware was included beside the Microsoft Suite Trial.

Cons: Keyboard and Mouse are not great at all, they work, mouse feels very cheap ($5 with Blue LED light) keyboard is a little better.

Other Thoughts: Wish the case was the Orion Azza 202 case (Black and Red) might buy that case and swap the parts.

Be careful when opening up the case for the first time. The side fan wires are bundled inside and can easily be pulled too hard if not being careful.

Just to give the review a little more info, I used the INCLUDED Vista SP1 OEM back-up disk, this does not contain the MS Office Suite on it.

Desktop PC
Box for Keyboard, Motherboard, and Mouse
VGA-DVI adapter
Power Cord

OEM Windows Vista SP1 Backup (I am glad this was included, I hate the partitions)
Gigabyte Motherboard DVD
LG DVD-RW Drive DVD (Includes burning tools)
Zotac nVidia drivers + 3DMark Vantage DVD

1 Year Parts

4 out of 5 eggsNice Machine

Pros: Quickest AMD CPU available. 4 Gigs of RAM. Power supply that is larger than most computers. I really don't think I have been able to give this computer a good workout (I don't own any software that would push this machine to its limits). For the most part my memory usage is 30-40% and CPU hits 20s for the percent used most of the time I am running programs (idle is single digits).

Nice graphics card (1 gig nvidia). I have never been one for buying the latest and greatest in graphics cards, and this one does more than I need it to.

Giga-byte mother board. I have used them in the last 2 or three machines I have built. I have been happy with their durability and features.

CD ROM came as a SATA drive, instead of the PATA one pictured in advertisement (bonus).

Nice price - I started pricing out the parts to build the sytem myself, and hit the cost of this one before having a keyboard, mouse, or OS in the shopping cart.

Cons: When my computer arrived, all the header plugs for the case were not connected. This included the power switch, HD LED, reset button, front panel USB and audio connectors. Seems like their QC leaves a little to be desired.

See the comments about the case under "other thoughts."

I got a "the computer was not shut down properly" message the first time I turned it I guess they ran the HD up in another computer and installed in this machine, since they would not have been able to test it in this machine with all the plugs unplugged inside.

Lack of any real warrantee is bothersome, but I have not had a hickup with the machine yet. I left it running all day long, and turned it off at night for the first couple weeks, just ot make sure if I was going to have a burn in failure, that it would happen during the 30 day newegg coverage.

Other Thoughts: The case leaves a lot to be desired. It is kind of sleak and clean looking, but the power button and HD LED are both hidden behind the door on the front of it. So any time you want to turn it on, or see if the computer is working on what you told it to do (HD LED blinking) you have to open the front door. I just leave mine hanging open most of the time, eliminating the "sleak look."

Overall, I am pretty happy with the machine, hense the 4 star rating. It just bothers me that cyberpower let a machine go out without giving it a quick once over, or at least turning the thing on.

5 out of 5 eggsBest rig I've ever had

Pros: Lightning fast Phenom II quad core CPU. The only difference between the 955 in this rig and the latest 965 is a 200 mhz oc. Easy to make up that ground if you wish. DDR3 RAM and AM3 socket should keep this rig future proofed for some time. Cable management is outstanding and case air flow seems pretty good. Came very well packaged in perfect condition. DVD drive is connected via SATA, not IDE as seen in pic. Plays Crysis near max settings, Bioshock at max, and WoW at Ultra with no problems.

Main pro is the price. I had planned on building my next gaming rig but I could not beat the price trying to piece the exact same computer here on Newegg (including an OS). Even using the lowest priced RAM, HDD, comparable PSU, and DVD drive I couldn't match it. Add in the fact you save the time it takes to build and configure your software and it's a no brainer. I heard that Cyberpower uses no name RAM but was really happy to see 2 A-Data sticks in there as I've had great luck with them.

Cons: Just a few things and they are very minor. Only one PCI-E x16 slot so no dual GPU setups. On the side case fan 3/4 LED's are not functioning. No big deal to me.
Also, in the picture you see an EVGA GeForce 9800 GT which is not what this computer ships with. You now get a Zotac 9800 GT. It's the exact same specs, just a different manufacturer. If you look on the computer specs you will see that it just says Geforce 9800 GT, it does not mention a brand so you can't fault Newegg or Cyberpower........but it would be nice if they updated the pic for potential buyers. So far the Zotac seems to be perfectly fine although it does reach over 70° C when being worked hard. Lastly, the included keyboard and mouse are pretty cheesy, although the mouse does have a nice blue LED on the top.

Other Thoughts: I had this in my cart for probably a good week or so but kept getting cold feet when attempting to submit the order. I had read so many bad reviews about Cyberpowerpc that I got nervous. Got some reassurance from visiting their forums and seeing some pretty good customer service taking place. Mine arrived working perfectly and I'm very satisfied with Cyberpower's quality. Just a quick visual inspection, added a second case fan in the side panel, plugged it in and she booted right up. As I said in the pros, I seriously couldn't build this computer for this price. In case someone wanted to know part brands, here's a few that you can't or barely can see in pics that mine shipped with.
Motherboard=GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P
RAM=A-Data DDR3(no heatsinks)
HDD=Hitachi Deskstar
PSU=Kingwin 700w
Vid Card=Zotac 9800 GT
Could some parts of this comp be better? Sure, but not at this price point. This thing is screaming fast and can play any game out right now for under a grand. Works fo
