4 out of 5 eggsI had some issues

Pros: This is a fast computer out of the box. I do not see any issues with heat because the case is very open. It Plays all of my games on the highest settings and does not slow at all. I am glad that I bought this computer.

Cons: The ethernet port did not work. I spent 3 hours with tech support from my internet provider. I then got on line with Cyberpower (watch what time you call them they do not have a 24 hour helpdesk), but they helped me out and sent me a new ethernet card.

Other Thoughts: If you have issues with the products from CyberpowerPC, They will make good on it. Just let them know what is wrong.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks AMAZINGLY well once you get it working.

Pros: The speed on this thing for handling almost anything you could want to do is incredible. For example, while stress testing it, I had WoW, Crysis and TF2 all open and running without any drop in fps, it was great!

When not running any programs or just downloading over night it is quiet as a lamb.

Graphics are superb and can push any game I choose up to ultra without missing a step.

Hardware doesn't cut corners, and all drivers are easy to find/upgrade once you actually look at the mobo manual and specs on newegg.

Cons: Like the last two or three reviewers have said, this thing will blue screen HARD initially, and it is not a fun fix. Basically, get ready to leave your windows install disc out so you can do a few multiple clean installs =/

The driver CD has some pretty old drivers on it (2009 or older on some) and the XpressRecovery function and repair function don't work (claiming that the version of windows installed is not compatible with the repair software).

If you don't like loud fans and you don't have a headset, then you will need to buy more fans for this thing, because it will roar up pretty loud during intense gaming sessions and you'll hear it without a headset on pretty clearly either from your seat or from the adjacent room if you're not the one gaming.

Other Thoughts: TO FIX THE BLUE SCREENS: *This worked for ME, and ME only as far as I know at this point, so don't think this is the only fix or the best fix.* Using memtest with all the ram sticks in showed 30 some errors, so I ran it with only one stick in at a time. All cleared without an error, so I took a stick of ram out and re-ran memtest and found no errors. This left me with 6gb DDR3 which is still great speed, but is 25% slower than what I bought. Plus, I had to open the case which I'm pretty sure voids any and all warranties.

Furthermore, certain games and processes would freeze the computer in a hard lock after I took out the stick of ram until I reinstalled windows 7 with only the 6gb in. Now, I've been clean of lock ups for 3 days in all my programs, and error free in WoW (the ram was causing, among blue screens, TONS of error 132 crash outs.

If you have gotten this thing and are seeing errors, update the bios FIRST, before trying my steps if that doesn't work. Good luck

1 out of 5 eggsWorst Product / Company Ever

Pros: Great PC for the 6 minutes it worked

Cons: I bought this PC, it blue screened constantly right out of the box

Newegg let me exchange it which involved me driving 200km to the closest place I could mail it with the RMA they sent. They wouldnt let me use a closer courier

Weeks later I received a replacement which worked for 1 day. The following day it wouldnt boot up - Hard disk error when booting

I spent hours trying to refund it. Eventually they refunded on a gift card, but would not pay the shipping.

Now I had to drive, 400km round trip, again, to return a second defective product, and to top it all off I was out about $100 for shipping, and stuck buying from this company again.

So in total, because I have to use this gift card, I am trying to buy a third computer, 2 months after I wanted it, out $100, out 800km and 2 tanks of gas, out 8 hours of driving time, and about 10 hours of phone time (dont get me started on my cell phone bill due to the lengthy phone waits)

I recommend anyone to buy elsewhere, loca

2 out of 5 eggsCaution

Pros: Download speeds are amazing
Handles all my games with no lag at all (maxed out)
Does what i need it to do
Decent keyboard and mouse

Cons: Very loud, gets annoying at most times
I keep getting them and i have had this computer for only 3 days and they wont go away, i updated all the drivers but the blue screens keep coming back

Other Thoughts: I will not be buying any high end equipment from here anymore, i don't know which companies fault it is but its very unacceptable that I'm going to spend $900 close to $1000 with the warranty and have to deal with blue screens 45 minutes into using this computer, very unprofessional, i do not recommend this buy

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,We do apologize for the inconvenience. Our technicians will do what is needed to help resolve the issues, especially since an RMA had already been issued. As a general note, be sure press down on components and wiring before use to ensure nothing had shaken loose during transit. Please remember to register your product at and email your contact information to for direct assistance.

4 out of 5 eggsEnjoying The Buy

Pros: I am very pleased with my purchase. Worked right out of the box. The speed is noticeable right of the bat and the graphics card is very good. I have not noticed the noise others have complained about. I priced the same unit at Cyberpower and found this to be about 80$ cheaper and with free shipping it was a no brainer. It plays my flight simulator games at full settings and has no problem with the video editing I do. GREAT all around machine, I would purchase this unit again.

Cons: Wish it came with Win 7 Professional. Wish all of the fan slots were filled but I purchesed a 4 pack of COOLER MASTER R4-S2S-124K-GP 120mm Case Fans for 15 bucks at the egg when I purchased the unit.

Other Thoughts: If your looking for a really good gaming machine that can handle video editing this is a grat PC to consider.

3 out of 5 eggsGPU Bad.

Pros: This computer is an amazing budget computer, it has everything nice about it

Cons: The graphics card was maxing everything, then suddenly on games like Counter Strike Source, it dropped from 300 to 100 frames. and around 50 on minecraft. I still haven't found a fix, and will be calling in for a new graphics card today.

I was getting those kinds of frames on my laptop with a 9800mobile GTS

Other Thoughts: Its a bit loud. not much else though.

Manufacturer Response:

"Dear Valued Customer
We do apologize for the inconvenience. If the system had been experiences the system the system can be address by our technicians. Either to help issue the system back for service or issue replacement parts if determined any to be defective. Please remember to help register the product to help speed up the process otherwise you can email you full contact information to"

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: none

Cons: the cost of this system is way too high you can build the same computer with same componets or better for much cheaper
the psu isnt rated so your stuff will die if you overextendit

Other Thoughts: same 1090 build you can stick a 6970 gpu and a much nicer case/ram/mobo for the same cost

4 out of 5 eggsSolid value

Pros: -Excellent power/performance. Graphics card and CPU are way over what I've been using and play every game I've thrown at it so far.

-Worked right out of the box and was easy to set up.

-Very few superfluous, unnecessary programs.

-Chassis is big enough for future additions and allows for good airflow.

-Fans are quiet enough, especially while I'm wearing a headset, and I've had no temperature problems.

Cons: -Didn't come with a DVI-VGA adapter as was shown in the picture. Had to buy one from a local electronics shop if I wanted to use my monitor over the weekend. I'm not sure if that's standard, but it did irk me a bit.

-Keyboard is thoroughly unimpressive. Very little tilt and feels almost flimsy.

Other Thoughts: All in all, I'm thrilled to have gotten this machine for the cost, especially because I was nervous about potentially building my own rig.

I'd highly recommend it.

4 out of 5 eggsBlue Screen Solved

Pros: Great Budget computer.

Cons: Was receiving the blue screen of death when the computer went into sleep mode when it was left idle.

Other Thoughts: Problem fixed itself with a window's update one week ago. I have updated the graphic driver's from 11.3 to 11.5 with no problems at all.

4 out of 5 eggsVery Nice *Updated*

Pros: +Plays most of the games within the last 2 years on max settings except some games (MMO's e.g. Global Agenda, Wow, APB Reloaded etc) perform better with shadows off or low.
+Can multi-task with different programs, browse the internet with 3 different apps with multi-tabs on each, and download/play games at the same time.
+Data transfer is very fast but not faster than a SSD. Window's Hard Disk Drive score is 5.9. That is the lowest score. The other scores are 7.6-7.9
+Beautiful quality of colors at 1920 x 1080 HD resolution.
+NBA 2K11 with everything maxed out at 1920 x 1080 is at 87-91 FPS.
+Good Price for a budget gaming computer.

Cons: -Must buy HDMI Cable. Any regular HDMI cable will do.
-Must buy a 7.1 speaker system or a headset with mic with this purchase. (My old 5.1 speaker system is outdated and did not have any connectors that would match the PC)
-Has blue screen of death while downloading games/idle. Happens when I leave the computer idle for one hour without shutting it down.
-F1 2010 graphics must be turned to low to get 60 FPS. You will get 30 FPS on medium.

Other Thoughts: Except for the random blue screen of death (No data loss happens when I restart the computer) it is just odd that it happens when I leave the computer idle for over an hour. It has been like that since I've gotten the computer. This is my first pc purchase. I had laptops before. I will buy from newegg or cyberpowerpc in the future for a new pc. I will get another pc is the future.
