Pros: Great computer with the exception of the power supply which only lasted 13 months.

Cons: Cheap power supply. My recommendation would be, if you’re going to purchase this computer, to upgrade the power supply to something reliable and purchase the extended warranty.

Other Thoughts: I purchased the extended warranty and I’m currently waiting for a technical. I’m about to see just how good this warranty is.

Pros: No issues first time setting up. Runs like a dream, Skyrim/Battlefield 3 on full settings with excellent FPS. Zero issues after 3 months, super cool, super quiet, super fast.

Pros: Too fast for DSL, Im an online DJ and i had a junk computer before this one and when you fired up the broadcaster and Second Life at the same time the computer would last a few then cut out, this one stays cool and laughs at everything i do, Graphics set on high, streaming at 128kbps, and downloading songs from a purchase site that Newegg has a problem with me naming at the same time is nothing for this PC. also serves as a nice space heater, haven't turned the heat on in my room this fall and i live in a pretty cold area. this thing seriously evacuates some heat.

much room to upgrade if my music collection gets too big, i have 3 more hard drives on standby but i don't think i need it.. one TB is alot of space

Cons: as stated before the case is built with the power supply on the bottom so as a prevention i put some 4x4s under the feet of the pc and have had no trouble in that department.

I did have one blue screen on wake up of the computer... but hey if you where up for 5 days straight i think you would have issues as well ive been turning the comp off when not in use and it hasn't had another one yet.

Other Thoughts: honestly no complaints but...... only 2 USB ports on the front and sometimes they get in the way of the CD drive, but i have ports in my monitor that can be used if need be. the keyboard and mouse are nothing to write home about but they will get you through the tough times... the mouse lights up witch is pretty cool but if you need the one with the extra buttons.. better calculate that into your budget. my next upgrade will be a G15 keyboard and possibly another mouse of some sort... but over all a great computer, now watch i say that and the darn thing will break next week.

1 out of 5 eggsBLUE SCREEN - RETURNING SECOND Cyberpower PC

Pros: Looks great, Fast....

Cons: This is the second cyberpower PC I’m returning. A blue screen appears, on both computers, when it goes through windows shut down protocol and windows service packs are being installed. Cyberpower tech support suggested downloading window updates and rebooting, followed by powering the computer down….This seemed to work for one day then the blue screen appears again during windows updated installation. This experience has greatly impacted my business monetarily, the time it takes to install software and request product codes, and upset clients that are tired of hearing about these unreliable new computers I just purchased. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A cyberpower PC until they address the hardware or software incompatibility problems that are causing blue screens on this model!!!!!!

Other Thoughts: Stay away from cyberpower PC's.....

Pros: Fast machine. runs everything maxxed out no problem

Cons: the case design is odd. first one died, took 2 weeks to get a new one even though i shipped it back the next day.

Other Thoughts: this is my second machine that I received through newegg.. first one i ordered lasted for a bout half hour before dying.

main problem is with the placement of the power supply. case has the power supply on the BOTTOM of the case. DO NOT put this thing on carpet if you want a working machine. the legs on the bottom or the case are not very long, and seeing as the fan intake for the power supply is on the bottom of the case, even people with short carpet will be hard pressed to get good airflow. got to be the stupidest design ive ever seen. so my machine is not propped up on tom of a couple bricks to ensure that the air flows up from the bottom of the case. another thing i noticed is that in the pics of the case, the side vent has a case fan installed ... neither of the machines i received had a case fan on the side. just a vent.

Pros: Runs Battlefield 3 and WoW at max settings

Cons: ...until it crashes hard. We're talking a complete shut down in which the power button doesn't even work for ~30 seconds. It also blue screens when coming out of hibernation because of some power issue. I've monitored temperature settings, and it gets very hot, even if I make it very easy to cool. Will attempt to contact Newegg (good thing I got the warranty) in the morning.

Other Thoughts: I added a SSD, but these problems were occurring even before I installed it.

Pros: Fast, quiet, does what it's supposed to

Cons: problem with overheated NB

Other Thoughts: Easy to setup rig. Plays everything at full resolution and maxed out settings. Problem is PC Probe II alerts that the NB is overheated at 205F under full load. Called Cyberpower and they mentioned to send it back as it could be a motherboard problem. Estimated time to receive a new one? 2-3 weeks. That's not going to happen as I have had the rig for 2 days. Called NewEgg, they are sending a replacement in 1-2 DAYS. Outstanding customer service, New Egg.

3 out of 5 eggsRan Good...till it popped

Pros: It ran smooth, had it for 5 days, was just getting everything moved onto it and had a chance to play some of my games as I never was able to play them on my other machine.

Cons: after 5 days I started to smell something strange then a loud pop and the computer died, its Sunday, no Tech support till Monday. Feeling the machine the Power supply was really warm believe the power supply to be the cause.

Pros: Nice and fast.. got to play battlefield 3 beta in ultra settings for about 30 min.

Cons: Unfortunately after about 30 min i started smelling Hot electronics, and heard a loud POP! and saw a spark from the back of the computer.... DEAD. Its 6pm pst and customer sevice is closed. cant do an rma online so ill have to wait till the morning. I really hope i dont have to pay to ship this thing back to get a new one.. it was expensive enough as it is.
