1 out of 5 eggsNothing but trouble. Do NOT buy!!!

Pros: Neat, good amount of room. Everything is clean and in it's proper place, not a lot of wires hanging about.
Was a decent price, seemed like a good deal... definitely wrong about that.

Cons: 30 minutes out of the box I had a BSoD just idle. This turned in to a problem that has never ended. It turns out this motherboard and or ram is garbage. I went through tech support after tech support in what turned into a lengthy process not worth a minute of my time.

If you are using all 3 sticks of Ram you crash. If you break down to 2 sticks or 1 stick you are fine. Cyberpower actually wanted me to pay for the shipping and to send them the pc back (told me i would be without my pc for over a month) and they recommended I also pay for shipping insurance. Even though this is clearly their defective piece of trash computer. So not only do I pay for shipping + insurance and be without a pc for over a month, they do not guarantee the problem will be fixed.

Other Thoughts: I will never ever buy another computer from these people. Not after seeing them avoid accountability on their own cheap parts / labor. Almost every single review here has posted about the faulty mb/ram.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,
We do apologize for the inconvenience. Depending on the blue screens it can be replaced to either software or hardware related issue. A couple for steps to try would be checking the system if there is any loose components; also make sure to note the the bluescreen information, some of the details can help narrow down the issue. In is common practice for us to suggest to our consumer to that purchasing shipping insurance to protect their investment during all shipping.

Also register the product; http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=10802.Please also email with your full contact information to Cyber_tech2@cyberpowerpc.com and allow our technicians to assistance regarding the issue.

5 out of 5 eggsI got lucky I guess!

Pros: Great system at a great price. I don't know what the MB in the previous problem builds contained, but this one is a very high-end MSI model, and I could'n't be happier.

Cons: This is no Con, because the HD5770 card is really top-notch for it's price range, but the build can easily accept a better GPU, which is why I replaced it with an HD6950, and @$300, making this a less-than $1400 "big-game" player, I don't see the down side!

Other Thoughts: I'm no computer geek, so again I say I was extremely lucky with my purchase, if the other reviews here are typical. I may go ahead and upgrade the RAM, since that seems to be a problem area, but I'm in no hurry, yet.

1 out of 5 eggsAnother defective one

Pros: Good Price, but not worth the hassle

Cons: Ok as everyone I also got BSOD, I decided to take it to a professional to have it checked....And the Motherboard memory slots are defecive...these are poorly constructed machines...they are clearly not tested before sold. Be ready to have to call cyverpower...This is completely unacceptable.

It is no coincidence that every single person that has bought this computer has had the same issue..cyperpower needs to issue a recall for their motherboard

2 out of 5 eggsBSoD, video card crashing

Pros: Fast, large HD

Cons: 4 BSoDs and counting.
Not only have i had all these blue screens, but also, my video card has crashed, games freezing up. I tab out to windows, and see a message on my task bar, the video card has crashed and windows has restarted it. I tab back to the game, and its working again. This has happened countless times

Other Thoughts: always heard Cyberpower was a good brand, but looks like there is some sort of flaw with this model

Manufacturer Response:

1 out of 5 eggsCareful to read specs

Pros: very powerful and fast

Cons: very load...could use some help with that. BSoD soon after starting up. found out that said $800 video card is not compatible with said motherboard. couldn't play games without video card failing and having to reboot and/or just making the computer BSoD

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer

2 out of 5 eggsPerforms well / But Crashes Frequently

Pros: Performs well on most games, even at Ultra settings.

Cons: I have noticed a lot of clipping in high framerate scenarios. Such as large detailed explosions or periods of extreme motion. I am somewhat dissapointed that I have had 3 to 4 BSoD's within the first few weeks of ownership. As stated in other reviews it is apparently a memory issue that causes the crash. I have been able to put a temporary stopgap to prevent this issue by using an external fan to keep the system cool. A crash has not occurred since I have started using it.

Other Thoughts: I did notice the system gets overly hot for having such a large heatsink and fan.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We do apologize for the inconvenience. The ram setting may need to be adjusted since the memory may have come loss during transit. If the memories are determined to be the cause, our technician can help issue a replacement. Please email with your full contact information to Cyber_tech2@cyberpowerpc.com and allow our technicians to assistance regarding the issue. You can also help speed the process by registering the product first; http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=10802.

Also your description about needing a extra fan to help with air flow; please contact our office for assistance.

1 out of 5 eggsPlagued with problems.

Pros: Relatively high end system at a budget price.

Cons: Only had a couple of BSoDs - one of which was a known, fixable microsoft issue, the other was a Memory_Management crash. Updated all drivers but high end games (SCII, The Witcher) running at max settings would arbitrarily crash. In the case of SCII, the frequent crashes would result in file corruption and need repair. Forum surfing provided somewhat similar examples, but suggested fixes never worked. I just replaced the 3x2G memory with 2x4G (different brand), will provide an update in a week if the crashing has subsided.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued customer,

Thank you for your post, Please contact our office for some options that should address you current issue with the memory. Again, we need you to first contact us at cyber_tech2@cyberpowerpc.com so that we may address you concerns regarding the memory sticks quickly.

1 out of 5 eggsproblematic

Pros: Already built, decent design, lots of hd space and decent specs

Cons: Had a BSoD about an hour after turning it on. Before the bsod I had some crashes that were video card related. Since then I have had several bsods and crashes that are random, some while gaming others while surfing the web.

Other Thoughts: Still waiting on a call from their techsupport. They said they are backed up and will call me back when they get time....

Replaced the video card with evga 560 ti sc. That thing is sick. Still getting bsods though, wonder if they gave me bad ram.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued customer,

Please we would like to apologize for you any delay in addressing your concerns. Please email cyber_tech2 with your direct contact information, so that we may proceed with a registration or we may assist with providing warranty service.
