1 out of 5 eggsHow do I get customer service

Pros: None as I last posted

Cons: How do I get custer service???? I have left several messages for both cyberpower and new egg and nobody is answering or emailing me back. I bought this computer and I would like it to run not an over complicated request.

Other Thoughts: Do you want a customer that will pay their bills or should I take my money and go to a competitor.

1 out of 5 eggsNO POWER

Pros: Seeing I haven't had it on for more than 2 hours I would say none

Cons: Was playing BF3 for about 15 minutes and it just shut off no power at all. Have checked all connections and they seem fine, plugged it into a different outlet still nothing.

Manufacturer Response:

We do apologize for the inconvenience.

The problem sounds related to the power supply unit, and may need to be replaced. The system comes with a warranty and the parts can be simply replaced if determined to be the cause. Please make sure to register the product before contacting to speed up the processing of your customer information. You can also email to Cyber_tech2@cyberpowerpc.com with your contact information and we can immediately have a technician handle the situation.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: I'm not as geek savvy, but it worked right out of the box. I use a lot of heavy graphic editing software, both image and video, I also model in 3D and am going to be building architectural tutorials in the Unity game engine so I needed something that could get the job done.

My old computer with my 3D settings rendered and HDR lighting setup at 1900 pixels with 16 samples in about 22 hours.

This did it in a minute nine seconds. AMAZING.

Cons: A little noisy. Nothing overwhelming but a very strong hum.

4 out of 5 eggsMuch Better Than My Old One

Pros: Great price for the components included. 6-core processor at 3.2 GHz, 8 gigs of RAM, a TB of hard disk space, an ASUS motherboard and an above-average video card-- unless you are spending 8 hours a day gaming, you won't need more than this for the foreseeable future. I don't think I could have built it for cheaper. Worked right out of the box with no problems, and Deus Ex, which came free with the machine, looks beautiful on it and runs cleanly on the highest graphics settings. The blue neon in the front is pretty rad too.

Cons: Though it is an Asus, I would've thought they could have included a meatier motherboard. The M4N68T-M V2 can hold a max of 8GB of RAM, paling in comparison to some of the "Red and Black" Asus boards with more capability, especially considering that Windows 7 requires 2GB of physical memory for a 64-bit.

Other Thoughts: The mouse that comes with it isn't terrible either.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat overall buy

Pros: I finally decided to write a review after putting this machine though a 10 hour gaming grind. I can honestly say it held up perfectly though numerous games. The computer was able to play Starcraft 2, Oblivion, Counter Strike Source, and various other titles at the maximum graphic settings. The FPS in Starcraft 2 varied from 150 to 90 during massive battle scenes.

Right out of the box this computer fired up without a hiccup. The only snag that I encountered was when I got to my room and plugged it into a power strip and there was no video signal. No need to panic, plugging the computer into a wall outlet solved the problem. The other person with the bios error must have just had a bad apple.

Overall the thing looks great in the dark with the blue LED 120mm fan up front. It is a big case though, a bit larger than I was expecting. The keyboard and moues that comes with it are adequate, but it I will be replacing them when the time comes.

Cons: The only thing that stands out is either the fan that is cooling the processor or the power supply is a tad loud under large loads.

Other Thoughts: The motherboard is an ASUS M4N68T-M V2 if you're curious. The packing was outstanding. The computer itself was packed in foam in a larger box with the motherboard and keyboard on the sides.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Buy

Pros: The performance on this product is fantastic. I've played quite a few video games on this computer so far and they have all run perfectly at max settings. Price is very good for the hardware you get.

Cons: Only con I can think of is that this computer was fairly heavy to lug upstairs to my computer room.

1 out of 5 eggsFirst one purchased, no go

Pros: none that i can think of. it's cheap, but for a metal box that doesn't do anything, it's awfully expensive

Cons: First boot - bad BIOS error. Won't get past waiting for USB BIOS recovery stick. Additionally, an obnoxiously loud clicking sound coming from the power supply (like, can't-carry-on-a-conversation-over-it loud), which changes volume when I tilt the box. Loose components in the power supply, plus a bad bios? Will be RMAing asap, but need to check the other one I bought first to see if it is equivalently worthless.

Other Thoughts: will never purchase a cyberpowerPC again.

Manufacturer Response:
