Pros: Works very well and runs all the games I was expecting. Not a single hardware problem yet,

Cons: The Windows it came with was not activated and it seems I wasn't sent a code to activate it.

Fan is extremely loud.

Pros: Good specs for the price. Arrived timely manner.

Cons: This arrived loaded with Ad Ware and viruses. I had to spend several hours clearing them just to find they installed again and there was a full blown virus on the computer I JUST spent a ton of money on. Unbelievable.

Other Thoughts: This computer spec'd for this price isn't a bad deal, but when it comes loaded with Ad Ware and Viruses it means a poor seller, no doubt. Find this system somewhere else!

All of our computers come with OEM Windows installations that are distributed to us by Microsoft, and provided to you in the form of a bootable recovery disc (should be within the product packaging) in case your computer ever needs to be reset to a clean, virus & problem free state.

Pros: Works great when you first get it.

Cons: After one year of use...problems start and the company won't stand behind their warranty.

Other Thoughts: I researched this computer before purchasing to make sure it would perform to my needs. I really like the look and operating of it, but less than one month past a year of having it, I'm having issues. It came with a 3 year warranty, BUT the manufacturer won't stand behind it, stating since I purchased it thru Newegg, it only has a 1 year warranty now. So, I'm out of the money as it will cost about half as much to fix it as a new computer. I will not recommend this company or computer to anyone.

Pros: awsome computer for price witch was 530 in 2013 great performance nice power supply still boots fast. only one or two sudden restarts threw out the 2 years. all fans still working.

Cons: after about a year start up fan is loud at first for about 3 mind so not big. also had a slight heat issue about a year in. easy fix. speed fan program to speed the fans up a little solved the heat problume.

2 out of 5 eggsSomething major failed. PC won't start

Pros: Was working as advertised for One year. Then... fail!

Cons: Was working as advertised. That is until the PC would not boot or even power on. I'm contacting CyberpowerPC as I type this.

Pros: Motherboard is nice,
Ran great
Keyboard and mouse included

Cons: I replaced the cpu with an AMD 8350 and it started giving out because the power supply was terrible. So I had to replace the psu and now I realize I could of just built it and got such a better build. The graphics card is a joke and the cpu could have been better along with the terrible hard drive. Now, I've completely rebuilt it and replaced every part. I overall just find this a waste of money and would recommend some other company or building yourself. Plus the Cyber power's customer service is very poor.

Other Thoughts: Build your own pc, it's easy and a lot better.

Pros: This is the first gaming computer I have owned (I am a console guy). This was a great starting point for a basic gaming computer and it appears easy to upgrade down the road. I haven't built/worked on computers before, so, this will be my first.

Cons: None that I have found yet.

Pros: I honestly can think of No pros with this system other than it can check my emails and facebook. Will make a nice boat anchor when I get a boat.

Cons: Shuts down randomly while using it. Hard drive failure errors. Fans not sufficient. Power supply unstable. Noisy. Service department takes forever.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this system in February and after the service department jacked me around until my 30 day warranty was up with Newegg, we have sent it back 4 times, exchanged hard drives and parts just seem to keep going out on it. CyberPowerPC obviously does have the capability of fixing it and I am done. I can honestly say that I will never again purchase a product from CyberPowerPC. Their service department can not make this machine work and it is ridiculous to keep sending it back to a service department that is obviously just as broken as their product.

Pros: I receive a defective computer. When return computer for a replacement, i receive another computer next two day, but i find the computer is original with the same problem.

Cons: Therefore, i require a refund and i would not buy any product from this website next time
