1 out of 5 eggsNo wonder they discontinued this PC.....

Pros: Its a very fast PC. Can run top games on ultra settings with no issues.

Cons: had to replace the power supply after 2 month and the constant blue screen of death/freezing of screen every 5 min. Tech support has recieved and returned the desktop in the same condition. not gettting my money's worth.

Other Thoughts: Its sad that this desktop had some type of potential. Great PC, bad on putting it together and bad software.

1 out of 5 eggsBlue screen hang machine

Pros: I normaly buy the parts and build my own systems, this looked like a good deal but thee it ends.

When it runs it runs well and fast. Now read on....

Cons: repeated blue screen hangs
no keyboard start when in sleep or hibrenate mode.
these seem to be commonly reported issues that have surfaced since I purchases this unit.

In all a pain in the proverbial .. no resopnce from the manufacturer ..

Other Thoughts: Conside building it yourself..

Manufacturer Response:

1 out of 5 eggsBad pc

Pros: Fast shipping

Cons: I bought 2 of them and both crashes constantly. May get a hour or 2 of gameplay and the the blue screen of death. Sent 1 out for repairs, returned with same issue. Now sending it back , but cant get refund only replacement of a deactivated product...go figure..I hope they refund me, too many horrors with this pc.

1 out of 5 eggsBuy another company

Pros: It was shipped to me quickly

Cons: The hard drive was bad.
The Blu Ray player was bad.
The housing for the mouse cord was damaged.

I had to ship it back within an hour of recieving it. I am giving them one chance to correct everything. I would have thought it would be functional out of the box.

Manufacturer Response:

1 out of 5 eggsNeat PC, Company lies, and cheats values customers.

Pros: The box it came in was in great condition. It was a nice brown box. And I liked the printing on it.

Cons: Read for yourself:
"An RMA # has been issue for the repair on the computer. This method will require sending the defective item back to CyberpowerPC, Inc. for the repairs. Upon receiving your system, they will be able to repair the computer for you and after the repairs, our techs will be able to test the system to make sure it is in working condition before sending the item back to you and then the company will pay to send item back to you at no charge.
This will require paying freight to send the item directly to CyberpowerPC, Inc."

Thats right! If you get bunked with bad hardware, you get to pay for shipping for them to correct their mistakes.

See the cut and paste response from Cyberpower here in the reviews? Expect the same brainlessness when you are dealing with their email team.

Other Thoughts: Never buying from this company again. Even Tripwire Interactive has officially labeled Cyberpowers entire line of PC's as incompatible with their games.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to first apologize for the experience. We would like to review this case further on your behalf; however, we need your assistance in emailing cyberhd@cyberpowerpc.com your customer id number and direct contact number to reach you at.

Again, We would like to assist in review this case and hopefully address your concerns.

5 out of 5 eggsgamer ultra 2103

Pros: AWESOME PC. I can edit movies photos and render 3D graphics with ease. I can play any 1st person shooter games and shoot enemies when I want to have fun. When I want to relax I can pop in a Blu-ray movie. I can run just about anything I want not to mention supporting the latest technologies such as USB 3.0 so I can use my new USB 3.0 external hard drive with super-fast transfer speeds!

Cons: No liquid cooling

Other Thoughts: I may consider upgrading the power supply and run a second video card after a few months.

1 out of 5 eggsBad PSU, do not buy

Pros: None, Power supply blew up. Tech support does not reply to emails.

Cons: Power supply is bad in this model. Try to get warranty information from Cybertech and you will get no response.
I have sent 3 emails in a 5 day period already, and only the third "positive" one got a reply.

Phone support is non-existing, waited on phone for 4 hours on friday then they closed.

PSU blew up, and blew out one of the GFX cards HDMI ports, now only the second one works.
PSU browns out system, you will get a Kernel pannic 41 from a loss of power, or power too low to operate error.

No forums to get help from other users, when the Cyberpower guys are too cool to reply to you.

If it breaks, you will have to return it to newegg for another new one. Even with the extended warranty Cybertech will not help you. Be sure to stress test this system within the first 30 days so you can see if you have a bad PSU. Then you will still be able to return it for a new one from newegg.

Other Thoughts: System is very well built, not a loose screw, or cable. All name brand parts. No OEM stamped out rubbish.

Poor engineering is its only downfall. If they would have invested another $5-10 on the PSU it would be a system worth twice its asking price.

Manufacturer Response:

1 out of 5 eggsWhole lotta nothing

Pros: Great price for top quality hardware. Very well built with all name brand parts. No OEM stamped out $#%^ like DELL or Alienware.

Not a loose screw or cable in the entire system. Very well packaged for shipping. Every thing is included. Every device disk.Every device box, and some great manuals that you will never see from Dell, HP, or any of the other "Big guys".

External SSD works very well with the usb 3.0 ports. Windows will boot in about 8-12 seconds before you have an active desktop. Chrome loads instantly.

Ubuntu USB key drive ran without error. Debian key liked it too.

Cons: Tried to contact Cyberpower by email. One positive email from an anonymous mailbox, and one negative from my home email. The positive email got a response in 12 hours, the negative one has been delinquent for 2 days now. The emails where sent 5 minutes apart.

Get a kernel power panic 41 in the event viewer. The PSU is not good in this system, like the other reviewers warned

Blew the HDMI port 1 on the graphics card, now I am afraid to use it.
It is plugged into a UPS that is rated for 1,200 watts and it is only an 800 watt system. Nothing else is plugged into the UPS but this system.

Glad I learned my lesson about these guys on this $1,300 system. I almost tooled up our studio with 12 custom built ones from these guys. 12x~$2,000 each would have been a very painful lesson to learn.

Very sad, it looks like I am going to have to go back to Alienware.
They make Stamped out $#%^ OEM parts, but at least you can get a hold of someone to deal with warranty issues when somet

Other Thoughts: Real shame. It is an awesome system. They dropped a real $#%^ PSU into it turning it into a non-functioning pile of $#%^.

The specs are all real good, every part except the PSU is highly rated, and made by top notch manufacturers.

Going to try getting phone support on Monday. From the forum posts I see on Google search it looks like I better cancel all of my appointments on Monday morning, and quite possibly leave my afternoon open as well.

After all i have had to sift through during countless google searches they are probably too busy punching blind kids to respond to the emails so phone is going to be the only solution.

NewEgg is being cool about it too, they say I can return it in within 30 days for a new one if I can not get Cyberpower to talk on the phone with me. I need a new PSU and a graphics card it looks like now. I wonder what else got "cooked" when the port blew? maybe returning the entire system is the best choice anyway. Very sad, could have been a drea

4 out of 5 eggsGreat system, fast, awesome..until..

Pros: Great system, fast as lightning! and shipping was fast

Cons: first of all when I opened the box. the hardrive was disconnected and had busted the hardrive shelves.
busted motherboard to HD cable and power supply cable.
And after just under a week of very LIGHT use, The power supply popped and down it went.
no impressed.

Other Thoughts: You might as well buy another power supply with this computer cause the cheap one they throw in there to cut corners will sure be irritating when you have to replace it.
