1 out of 5 eggsNot as expected

Pros: Cost

Cons: About a month after receiving it, it began blue screening. It happened mostly when streaming Netflix. Always saying it's a internal clock interrupt issue. We have tried fixing it ourselves, to no avail. We are, once again, trying to get it to work properly. Sometimes it can go a long while between blue screens and other times it happens every 5 minutes. We have not bought anything from newegg since then.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We do apologize for the inconvenience. If there is a problem with hardware, please allow our technicians to address the issue. 1 out of 5 eggsStay away

Pros: Cheap.

Cons: I received this thing a few months ago and have had nothing but blue screens and a generally horrible experience. I decided to RMA it back to the company. Well I just received it in the mail less than an hour prior to writing this. The only thing the Cyber Power company did was replace the junky power supply with the SAME EXACT power supply. Within minutes of turning it back on the problems have continued. I have looked into the matter and from recommendations given to me on the Cyber Power forums it's possible the xtremegear junky PSU is the problem. So I am spending more money to get this thing to hopefully work. What a nightmare.

Other Thoughts: The company makes you pay to ship the system to them even if you are completely under warranty which I am. I should not be forced to spend more money when it was no fault of my own.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We do apologize for the inconvenience. When issues do arise, allow our technicians to troubleshoot the issue otherwise we can always assist in retrieving system back for services or arranging a replacement part to be shipped out to you for installation. Its unfortunately it was decided for refund but please be aware our technical support will always be available when needed. 1 out of 5 eggsVery Bad Rig

Pros: Its has great performance when its not crashing, nice price for the actual hardware and fast delivery

Cons: Crashes constantly, Freezes with an annoying tick, blue screen error 3/4ths of the actual run time, crashes when I try installing some certified software, somtimes just shutsdown for no apparent reason, I've had to fully reinstall twice and the longest I've gotten it to run without a crash was 5 hours

Other Thoughts: I just cant believe newegg would sell a "NEW" PC created by Cyberpower with so many problems to start with its really sad. So now I may have to send it back to the CyberPower for 3-4weeks so they can try to figure out whats wrong with it....so lame Money just wasted imo!

Manufacturer Response:

1 out of 5 eggsDum Sucker

Pros: Cost

Cons: Ran fine first two weeks now Crashs all the time and getting worse, Cyberpower claims overheating, side panels off, fan blowing into unit. Still crashs. Home built system, almost identical, only problem lost network on MB. Working with Cyberpower on fix, swapped out Ram, Video Card, Processor. requested RMA and right to shoot computer.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We do apologize for the inconvenience. The RMA had already been issued from what is being described. Otherwise, if you still have not received your RMA number, please email directly to Cyber_tech2@cyberpowerpc.com and we’ll look in to the matter. 1 out of 5 eggsChanging my review

Pros: It was cheap... i guess.

Cons: I previously posted a review of this computer that was positive, but I am changing that. This computer locks up and blue screens constantly. When this occurs, the fan sounds like a jet engine taking off. The case is badly designed, forcing you to run the power supply cable under the graphics card, so you can plug in the 4 pin connector at the top of the MB!

It locks up when I play games. It locks up when I watch netflix. It even locked up while just sitting there, and gave me a blue screen.

Other Thoughts: I guess thats what I get for going cheap. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it is. Here is proof. I should never have trusted a company with such a cheesey name as Cyberpower. I never will again. I am returning this and getting my money back. One egg for this garbage.

Manufacturer Response:

4 out of 5 eggsLag free game play with limited problems so far

Pros: This is a great system for the money. It plays Skyrim, Star Wars the Old Republic, Kingdoms of Amalur and everything else I have tried - at max settings. No hiccups, no lag, just silky smooth game play on a 22" widescreen LCD.

I was also impressed that it came with only Windows installed. The usual giant pile of useless programs was gratefully absent. I only had to uninstall one toolbar for IE from the control panel.

There is no liquid cooling to speak of, but with all the stock cooling the temps in the case never go above 100 degrees farenheight.

Cons: I had done some research before buying and discovered that the power supply this comes with is a problem. Before I even turned on the machine I took the power supply out and installed an 850 watt name brand PSU. I have had the machine blue screen on my one time, randomly while browsing the web.

Other Thoughts: If I had to purchase a computer all over I would buy this one again, even with having to shell out an extra 200 bucks for a decent PSU. If I come across something that totally changes my opinion I will update this.

2 out of 5 eggsGraphics

Pros: Good system for gaming

Cons: the graphics card looks like its being torqued by the cord coming from the PSU if anyones having problems starting up like i did try making the cord longer fixed all problems booting

Other Thoughts: maybe make a computer that doesnt come with a messed up GPU

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact our technical staff for assistance in arranging for a replacement video card. If you have any questions, our technical support staff is available to assist you on any issues you may have. You can also email cyber_tech2@cyberpowerpc.com if you have any questions.

1 out of 5 eggsBad construction.

Pros: Price, that's it. Thats the only pro, the stats are great.

Cons: Computer crashed countless times upon start up, several times did not even start. When opening new videos/windows/programs, my screen glitches several times as though the video card was damaged as well.

Had nothing but problems with this buy. I purchased Cyberpower before, but never had this problem.

Other Thoughts: I posted this 100% truthful review, I'm a registered owner, but Newegg or Cyberpower continues to delete my reviews and bad reviews on this computer.

I would not buy this PC. In fact and have since considered not buying from Newegg any more because of the missing reviews. Both mine and several other bad reviews that are very similar to mine have been removed.

What other products have had their reviews edited?

Manufacturer Response:

2 out of 5 eggsWhy Cyberpower? WHY!?

Pros: The price for these stats are simply the pro's, but there is a better PC with liquid cooling for only a few bucks cheaper that went out of stock when I went to order. Decided to buy this one. (Both from Cyberpower) this one had a few bad reviews, but it looked like it could have been fluke.

Cons: Constant crashing, it crashed twice while doing windows update, once the first time it started. Then it crashed while I was writing this very review while ever so irritated already.

The HDMI port was broken, some of the pins inside where pointing down and stopping me from plugging anything in. After about a half our of gentle coaxing, I managed to push the bent metal bits and got the cable in.

Cyberpower, I bought two of your PC's before, was the best I owned, this one is a total lemon - just read the comments, who ever is putting these things together is a sleep at the wheel.

There are several other small things I could start with, like bloat ware..

Other Thoughts: Don't let this post stop you from buying from Cyberpower or Newegg, they seriously have good quality companies, but this line of computers is right messed up.

Gave double eggs because neweggs quick shipping is unbelievable. Only saving grace was I got to be disappointed earlier. lol

4 out of 5 eggsmr

Pros: OK I may have been alittle off on my review from yesterday the computer works great. I had to uninstall SWTOR and reinstall it. It plays the game on high settings with no problems.

Cons: It is loud, well with all those fans in side 4 I think but anyone knows if your mother board gets to hot its not a good thing so cooling is good. the key board is very cheap I will be looking to buy a gaming key board so no big deal there and mouse.

Other Thoughts: Over all I think most gamers would be happy with this computer
