2 out of 5 eggsDisappointed (Purchased 2 of the same product for different people in the household)

Pros: Mine runs like a dream.
His is complete trash.

Cons: Price is high for all the headache.
Tech Support is Lip Service.

Other Thoughts: Its really hard to put Pros and Cons of this particular make and model because I myself purchased one with my bonus from work and the thing works like a dream. My fiancee on the other hand decided to purchase the same exact thing and it is literally the worst computer he has owned. His old Acer is a better "gaming" computer than this one. For one while he is in full screen game mode, after a half hour or so the screen will go entirely black and either freeze the computer completely or it will remove him from his game and return him to the desktop. And Cyberpowers tech support is lip service at best, the only thing they tell you to do is send it in and MAYBE it will be fixed within 6-8months. Which as spoiled as this may sound is a stupid long amount of time to go without a computer for something other Tech supports would try to help you fix over the phone. All and all MY computer runs like a dream. His runs like a 50dollar refurbished library computer. Really disappointing.

1 out of 5 eggsHorrible Product

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Horrible product! They must use individual components from the manufacturers "rejects" box.... Upon first receiving the computer, I was instantly faced with BSOD and a non-functional CD-rom drive. After spending nearly 2 weeks going back and forth with Cyberpower tech support, I was finally instructed to send the product in for repair. Approximately 3 weeks later, I received my computer back, only to notice that the new CD rom drive was completely unplugged from within. "Oh, simple fix right", nope! Turns out, the new drive is not functioning properly and was deliberately left unplugged to ensure the computer booted properly. Once plugged in, the drive creates a loud and constant clicking sound, and fails to read any disc that you place in it.

I am incredibly mad and disappointed that a company like this can still be in business. CEO Eric Cheung should be utterly embarrassed with himself. Garbage.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,
We do apologize for the inconvenience. Issues like this aren’t planned to happen but needless to say, we will come to a resolution for our customer. 4 out of 5 eggsGreat Overall PC For Price

Pros: Great price, High FPS, looks nice.

Cons: Sometimes on start up, it makes a sound almost like a broken engine. It coughs and sputters instead of its usual low humming. But once you restart it, it usually runs fine.

Other Thoughts: I got this PC a little more than a month ago. Oh man was I excited. I had been playing on a simple laptop, and trying to play games like Skyrim. The first thing I noticed out of the box is that unlike advertised, the graphics card didn't have a display port. Instead it had an HDMI, VGA, and DVI. I haven't yet tried to use Eyefinity, but I don't want to have to get a new graphics card for it when I do. This PC can run Skyrim on medium settings on 1080p with 60 FPS No problem. I peaked on Minecraft at about 360 FPS. MW3 stays at around 40 FPS. You can barely hear the fans in it, and its just an all around great PC.

4 out of 5 eggsEhh.. Depends on the person.

Pros: Well, lets start with the blazing fast CPU i love it :) Next is the 8GB of RAM works wonders have no issues. Shipping only took 2 days which amazing and the computer itself runs quite cool and quite. Graphics card is where it depends on the person... You can run most games on low settings. I can run BF3 at 1920x1080 at 25-35 FPS but to me that wasnt enough so i bought myself a 6870 :)

Cons: Graphics card isnt to good with the CPU as a combo.

Other Thoughts: BUY IT. Just upgrade to a better GFX you wont regret it. and for those that want to run Team Fortress 2 dont worry i can run it at max out settings with 40 FPS on the 6670

4 out of 5 eggsGood value

Pros: I've had this machine since February and have not run into any major issues. It runs smoothly and performs well on the games that I've been playing - Metro 2033 and Kingdoms of Amalur. It's a good budget gaming rig if you're not interested in putting one together yourself. I did not encounter some of the manufacturing issues that some others have.

Cons: There is a loud humming noise when my speakers are hooked up through the front audio jack and a device is plugged in to one of the front USB ports, which I suspect is a result of poor design. Not a major issue, but a minor nuisance on an otherwise solid machine.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Awesome

Pros: Awesome machine for the price. Didn't have any problems out of the box. Checked everything out before I powered it up and it started up fine. Runs Diablo 3 perfect and other newer games. Does well with Maya and works for what I use it for.

Cons: None.

1 out of 5 eggsWow.....

Pros: Looks cool

Cons: The computer case arrived yesterday, and I hear something flying around in the case, and it turns out to be the graphics card. This wouldnt be as much of a problem if the metal back plates could be taken off (I honestly dont know why, but I can't for the life of me get the plates off). I just registered through cyberpowerpc, and told them my issue, and I hope they can take this back and do it right, because I dont have the time to sit and try and put this thing back together.

Other Thoughts: I was really excited to try out this computer, but now I think I'll have to wait until they can fix this.

1 out of 5 eggsProblems.......

Pros: None, haven't even been able to start up the computer

Cons: Graphics card came in the case, completely unattached, and it appears that the metal back plates were welded on (can't get them off), so I can't even install the graphics card.

Other Thoughts: I was really excited to start up the computer, but when the box came, and I heard something loose inside the case, I knew something was wrong, and now I'm gonna have to send it in and wait.

2 out of 5 eggsjopef

Pros: None yet

Cons: Well, after three calls to get a shipping lable to send the thing in for repair I ended up emailing to get one. Original review ended with a fried HDD and the good news is that I now have a working HDD however the graphics card is fried. I mean c'mon guys this has gone from bad to just sad.

Other Thoughts: The tec support guys are pretty good but the rest of the opperation is really, really poor.
