Pros: Arrived in three days. Ran smoothly when it actually worked.

Cons: This product worked for three days, then failed on the third. After having a disconnected CPU fan, scraped off-fingerprint covered fan smacking around inside the PC. I finally got it to work running smoothly. It had lots of bloatware as to be expected. Box was dirty as if it had been left in a warehouse during a damp, murky weekend. Overall a very very bad purchase.

Other Thoughts: This is the first PC I have ever purchased that brought me far more pain than pleasure. Not only do I not have a PC running to keep my job going and gaming life when im not working, but a waste of time overall. I will not be referring this product to anyone. Not friends, family, or enemies.

Pros: Worked on day one, but that's it.

Cons: On day two I try to use the PC and I get NOTHING. The fans turn on for about two seconds and then the whole thing shuts off. It will not stay powered on for longer than a couple of seconds. There's no bios screen, no windows loading screen, absolutely no video signal at all. I got on the phone with tech support, opened the case and we found that the heat sink fan was not working either. We pulled out and re-attached almost every component in the computer but nothing fixed it. After spending more than $1500 and not having a functioning computer you can see how it may be a little frustrating. Thankfully since I bought it through Newegg they are helping me out.

Pros: The first PC I received was having video output issues so I just received the replacement. So far working great and no problems. Noticed that the replacement is slightly different than the first PC I received in terms of the case and fans. Also noticed that the replacement PC is much quieter. As far as I can tell everything else is the same spec wise. Overall great and fast.

Cons: The first PC I received had video output problems. The video signal would randomly cut out whether playing a game or browsing online.

Pros: Plays MW3 smooth on ultra.

Cons: The video signal randomly cuts out. Swapped monitors but that wasn't the issue. Sent it back and waiting for a replacement.

Pros: Very fast! Happy with choice I made for the money.

Cons: Keyboard had quite a few keys that did not work. I only had the choice of sending entire PC back. which would cost me more than buying a new keyboard. (reason I dropped 1 egg from review) CyberPowerPC phone help is a joke. They never took me off of hold in the hour I waited. Emails never got answered. Newegg should have a different policy for items included with systems. the customer should not have to pay 25$ to return entire system, for a 12$ problem.

Other Thoughts: This will make me leary of buying a system, that might cost me more to return, than buying replacement part somewhere else
