3 out of 5 eggscomputer

Pros: so far the computer works better then my old computer, which has two 9800 eva gfroce vid cards in it. Not really any space in it enough for extra video card upgrades later, but it did come with all the extra sli connections.

Cons: it came with a keyboard and mouse that are pretty low quality, I really dont know why they bother to include these items. I wouldnt use them unless I had no other choice. Its a gaming computer, and I have no idea why anyone would ever use low tech key board or mouse.

Rhe motherboard is crowded, I dont see any way to for there to be room to actually install any extra video cards, you would really be working to try to fit anything else on the motherboard, however it did come with all the sli cables as if daring you to try.

The computer comes with a dvd player, which is almost insulting. I bought my blu ray/burner for my last desktop over a year ago, and it wasnt entirely exspensive at that, and this computer only comes with a dvd player?! O.o

However there is ample room for additions of hard drives and blu ray drive if you choose to install your own.

The computer did restart on its own a couple times, though I have no idea why, the first couple days I had turned it on. Once during the time I was using it, another on its own when left on by itself. I went thru the windows options and made sure to disable any sleeping options.

The power cord it came with was horrible. It wouldnt stay connected to the power supply, any accidental nudges or tap to it and it would come unplugged. Now Im not saying I like to do physical combat with my computer case, but on occasion I do try and move it to get behind it at other cords or to plug things into the back of it, and that would cause the connection of power to fluctuate and discconect the computer, which was very annoying, specially when your trying to connect your headset instead of your speakers, which Im sure most gamers have had to do at some point. Easily remedied by using an alternative power supply cord, which I have a ton of, but odd that the power supply came with such an ill fitted cord.

I bought guilds wars 2 and attempted to run it at full settings. It did run, but I wouldnt necessarially call it smoothly, but run the game it did.

Its not the top gaming computer by far, but it will do most present games Im guessing at an above average state, course, give it another 6 months - year, and Im sure I'll have to upgrade to something else to keep up with games coming out.

Other Thoughts: not a bad buy, it could have done with some bettter extras, aka gaming mouse or gaming keyboard, if you're going to bother to include a mouse or keyboard make it count. nice razor woulda been nice. blu ray drive woulda been nice as well. bigger more roomie motherboard for additional upgrades later on woulda been the best plus, but eh what can you do. It is what it is, and it wasn't bad, but it's not great. got the deal with the xbox 360, and discount for back to school, so cant complain too much.

1 out of 5 eggsBuyer Beware

Pros: Pretty blue lights on the fan
Theoretically plays games pretty well (unable to be proven)

Cons: This PC has been an epic disaster. Constant blue screen crashes, fresh out of the box with no operator action. Non-existent tech support. Software and hardware of many types from different suppliers won't install/be properly recognized.

Other Thoughts: Avoid this PC and this company. What a nightmare.
