1 out of 5 eggsStay away.

Pros: Fast shipping.

Cons: CyberPowerPC has non-existent quality control, abysmal customer service, and their RMA process is an attrocity.

Other Thoughts: After a few weeks the hard drive started to make a clicking/knocking noise and the mouse started to stick. It has taken a ridiculous amount of time (including a week to respond to the initial email and 9 days just to acknowledge they received the drive after UPS delivered it to them) to get anything done about it. I have incurred additional expense from having to ship them the bad drive on my dollar and having to acquire an additional drive as I, like most people, cannot afford to be without my computer for a month.
The NEW DRIVE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM! There is just no way I'm going to jump through all of their hoops again to get this fixed. I will chalk this up as a lesson learned and never consider CyberPowerPC ever again for anything; and will make sure noone I know ever wastes their time and money on anything from this pathetic company.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for WoW

Pros: It's just great man i love this computer, I run everything on ultra for WoW, def turn off shadows though haha. Smooth frames in 25 man raids, love it love it.

Cons: The graphics card can't handle insane first person shooters like counter strike go so if you want to play something like that upgrade the graphics card.

Other Thoughts: It runs super cool so don't bother wasting money on another fan or anything like that.

3 out of 5 eggsHuge Problem

Pros: Very awesome computer overall.. Just one thing i want to mention really in the cons list, see below

Cons: OK so.. I am a little mad because i was actually happy to see a USB 3.0 port on the front right (which most people think that its broke or something) Not at all the case. the real issue is that the USB 3.0 cable is not hooked up at all when you get the computer.. AND HERES THE REAL KICKER - "THE MOTHERBOARD DOESN'T HAVE A SPOT TO HOOK IT IN TO".. So heres the question, Why would you put a USB 3.0 port on a computer that doesn't have the means or capability to use it???

Other Thoughts: Why doesn't NewEgg give me some thoughts on that

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We do apologize for any issues you may have. Cyberpower will always stand behind their products, so please allow us the opportunity to address any issues. Please email your name and contact information to Cyber_tech2@cyberpowerpc.

5 out of 5 eggsOwned for a month

Pros: This is a second review on the product. I wanted to wait and see what a month of use would do seeing as I am a heavy gamer. So far it fits the bill. I am able to play Borderlands 2 on it with friends for hours with no problems. I thought the outdated Hd 6670 would be a hiccup but so far with games like the Borderlands 2, Metro 2033, F.e.a.r 3 and other games, I have no graphical errors or problems with frame rates.

Cons: As I stated in my last post, the only con was that there was no built in wireless capabilities, but that is not technically a con, seeing as there are so many cheap wireless cards or usb devices on sale that work well.

Other Thoughts: The only problem I have found with it's graphic capabilities with the Hd 6670, was in Guild Wars 2. There is lag when there are 50+ people taking down the same boss. Other than that it runs smooth as butter. Perhaps a gtx 550ti would be a good, kind of cheap upgrade to fix any problems in that area, but for me I am not concerned with it.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: It works great. Every game I've played it runs on high settings. It's also pretty fast.

Cons: One con I had was I tried to do some live streaming of games, but I guess the load was a little to big for the computer. It would freeze then crash. I didn't think this would be a problem with a 8gig ram and 6 cores, but It is... It's a bummer. Also, the mouses right button stopped working...

Other Thoughts: Eh, it still works. If anyone can give me any tips on fixing the live streaming problem, that would be very helpful.

5 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Runs most games on Direct X11 with medium high - ultra high settings with no problems. Does great with 3D graphics. The mouse and keyboard that came with it are also decent quality.

Cons: It did have one dead USB port in the front (as another reviewer had mentioned). All in all, not that big of deal.

Other Thoughts: Great buy for the money.

5 out of 5 eggsVery well done computer, hiccups ofcourse

Pros: -Nice looking case
-Runs the games I want (GW2, DayZ, LoL) at decent level
-Quiet fan

Cons: -Damaged foot (right rear) when shipping and it took FOREVER for customer service to do something about it

Other Thoughts: Great starter PC for gaming and such. Good price and mouse/keyboard work fine, which is to say I will be replacing them soon. Runs fine with my TV as a monitor. Only gripe was with the damage during shipping which took almost a month for them to send replacements. Otherwise, highly recommended.

5 out of 5 eggsSeemingly capable

Pros: Very nice looking case. It is very big and well made so it seems like it is a case that would withstand overhauling in the future if you were to want to upgrade.
-1 rear exhaust fan
-1 front fan with blue lighting
-1 Definitely professional setup with cable management

Cons: So far I have no cons. I suppose the only thing that would have been nice is if it had built in wireless connectivity, but that is minor and not worth taking an egg off. The keyboard and mouse are cheap, but they work, and the blue lighting in the mouse matches the case.

Other Thoughts: Granted I have only had the computer for a few hours, but there were no cords dangling in case. Everything was hooked up the way it should and properly. They packed the case very well. They had a large piece of foam on both sides of PC as well as another foam block to keep the PC from bouncing around while shipping. As a very paranoid person when it comes to electronics, I was glad to see the care they gave to the packaging.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Computer

Pros: Excellent starter gaming PC. I've had it for about a week now and I love it!

The 3.3ghz 6 core CPU has more than enough power to handle a typical students workload\game load (Mind you the CPU isn't the most important thing when it comes to gaming).

The AMD Radeon HD 6670, while it isn't the fastest GPU on the market, does enough for any casual to semi-wanna-be-pro. Diablo 3 runs high settings with 35-40 FPS while the card is processing for dual screens. SC2 doesn't run very well on Ultra settings, but I didn't expect it too. DOTA2 runs max settings, AA, specular lighting, etc, with ease.

1TB harddrive = Good. My HDD is actually 932GB, but I'm not about to complain that I didn't get that extra 68GB, when I cannot see myself using the full 1TB for a while.

600W PSU will uphold for future upgrades.

Other Pros: This machine runs COOL. CPU idle temps are 15C stock fan, GPU idle 32C. Gaming, the CPU reaches about 24-27C, while the GPU goes to about 43-46C stock. No OCi

Cons: My ONLY complaint with this computer is the mouse it ships with. Needless to say, I didn't buy this computer for the mouse or keyboard, hence why I didn't dock any stars. The mouse it came with is SQUEAKY. Which I'm sure is something that would wear off if I were to continue using it. The keyboard is a little noisy when typing (sounds like you're using a typewriter). I decided to just buy a new wireless mouse\keyboard combo and I'm happy where I'm at!

oh, one more thing. I don't think the USB 3.0 port on the front works on my machine, granted I don't have a device to use it. But it wouldn't recognize any other device on that port.

Other Thoughts: No trialware, adware installed on the computer. The only thing on my desktop when I launched it for the first time, was my recycle bin and a link to zynga's website, which I promptly deleted with no hassle.

The Motherboard isn't very upgrade friendly for future upgrading. Only one PCI Express 2.0 slot, and 2 DDR3 ram slots. So when I do upgrade someday, all I will need is an AM3+ mobo to keep my current CPU

1 out of 5 eggsit is not working

Pros: cannot work, so there is no pro

Cons: it does not work. maybe the hard disk is broken during the shipping.
