4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: No hassle pre-built with a nice processor and decent graphics card (mid-hi graphic settings play best)
$599 price + free 3 day shipping + bill me later fit my budget
Cool looking case (it comes with 2 fans and a power supply air filter)
Windows 7 with minimal bloatware
Some upgradability with memory/graphics card
1 year warranty

Cons: Off sale price $899
Gigabyte B75 Motherboard isn't the best for upgradability, and I've read it prohibits you from overclocking your processor.
Prebuilt
Graphics card needs upgrading for ultra settings

Other Thoughts: I bought this prebuilt on sale for $599 because everytime I custom built one online, I came out with a $800+ computer. Processing/shipping was great, it came to my door within 4 days and has worked fine for a week now. I already grabbed the side panel fan at Staples for $15 and in the future, have plans to update to faster memory and purchase a better graphics card.

Overall I think its a good value for the money when on sale, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

2 out of 5 eggsBad PSU

Pros: Great looking, decent price. Plays games well. Most parts seem reliable.

Cons: The power supply died after less than 24 hours. No wireless capability included.

Other Thoughts: I wouldn't count on getting a solid machine from these guys.. Not sure why the PSU dies so quick all the time, seems like most people would gladly pay a little extra for a working unit.

3 out of 5 eggsProblems Down The Road

Pros: Great for the price, can run modern games, no garbage software, well-packaged, pretty quick shipping too.

Cons: I honestly have not had any issues with this machine until as of late when I started to hear static and scratching through my external speakers that get louder and more frequent the more the cpu processes, like when i start a program. I can even hear my pc's clock tick when idling. I have read that this can be a power supply problem. I also have been receiving weird warning messages from the AMD control center saying something about an adapter not being correct and a displays manager that doesn't exist. Sent customer service an email, hopefully they will respond.

The videocard was also dislodged when it was delivered which really isn't a big deal, but it may confuse some people.

Other Thoughts: Overall this is a great machine! I have been nothing other than impressed with it since i purchased it for such a modest price. The only thing that will frustrate me is if I don't get a response from cyberpower to fix the aforementioned problem, especially after spending an additional 80 dollars on a 2 years extended warranty.

2 out of 5 eggsHit or Miss-tech support may not be included.

Pros: -Video card is good "enough" or your basic gaming needs.
-Internet speed and downloading is exceptional.

Cons: Anything that you think can possibly think can go wrong, just might!

- 2nd week CPU fan was not clamped, just held on by thermal glue *fell and broke the blade.*
- *at this point I was already talking to tech support about my hard drive*
-1st week my hard drive was already making a double *click click* noise and was getting a S.M.A.R.T. Warning for its potential memory loss any day.
.*

Other Thoughts: I purchased the warranty on this computer which I was greatfull I did. At first.. Tech support with Cyberppwer PC seems to be a hit or miss. Either they will have you fill out a credit card release form so they can charge you if you don't return the defective parts *postage is on you!* or they will send out a box for your whole desktop that you will realistically be without for probably close to a month. I say that because if they couldn't get the desktop right the first time, I'm not holding my breath for a 2nd covered under warranty. Once I get the box, ship it out and get my desktop back the way it should be I will cross my fingers for nothing to happen again that's not operator error. Otherwise I'm going for a refund.

Manufacturer Response:

4 out of 5 eggsNice system

Pros: I was a little gun shy with the bad reviews. It started up and no power issues so far. Bought for son to play games. I upgreated to windows 8 added more RAM and add a GTX 660 TI graphics card. I had a extra. one

Cons: The only con I found is the power supply is not equippped with any 4-pinn pci express power cables. You have to use adapters to upgrade the graphics card

Other Thoughts: You cant beat the price on sale

1 out of 5 eggs good computer, junk power supply

Pros: Fast computer when it works, powerful, great price.

Cons: Possibly too good of a price, the power supply on this system is complete junk. The power cuts out randomly when using the computer. Something this basic should just work. Now I have to figure out whether I want to return the computer or just buy a new power supply out of pocket...

Other Thoughts: I wish cyberpower did better QA

4 out of 5 eggsHappy but worried

Pros: Fast, able to run most games at medium or high settings. Cheap and love the fact that this is Windows 7 instead of 8.

Cons: The first day when I received this computer, I was able to turn it on without any problem, but then I smelled some burning rubber smell which got me worried since a lot of people complained about the PSU. I immediately turned off the computer, and then the computer wouldn't turned on at all until I plugged in a different power supply cable which got it to work. Since then, I haven't smelled any burning smell, hopefully, it will stay that way.
Radeon HD 6670 is a weak video card, so I'd suggest it upgrading it to a better card if you're a hardcore gamer.
