Pros: Great PC, very quiet, really fast.
Plays Farcry3 on the highest settings with no hiccups.
Great case, stays nice and cool. Windows 8 not as bad as people claim.

Cons: This was my 2nd one, ordered the first one as an open box and I'm pretty sure whoever had that item before me took out half the components because it wouldn't even start. RMA'd that one, paid full price for my 2nd and no regrets :-). Just wish the RMA was a little faster in refunding the first bad purchase.

Pros: Shipped super fast.

Cons: Started up and got Green lines across the screen, widows popped up and said it failed to start properly. Shut down and wouldn't reboot after that.

Other Thoughts: Seemed like a real good price. I was a little weary (open item) and I guess my fears were confirmed. When Newegg said they "test" all open items to make sure they are in working order before shipping, I hope they turn on machines and make sure they boot.

Pros: Good price. Order shipped and delivered promptly and completely. A sweet machine for high performance gaming such as large group on-line games. Neat cable layout inside and at least 4 fans to keep parts cold.

Cons: Memory card not seated completely by the time it arrived. However, CyberpowerPC tech support was excellent in walking me through troubleshooting to determine and fix the problem, getting me up and running.

Other Thoughts: A positive experience. I'd buy from New Egg and CyberPowerPC again.
