5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Bought this to run 3d Surround Games. Works Great. Everything runs fine on Win8 so far. 3 monitor gaming is incredible. Machine packed great, also with foam inside tower, so video card & components were protected. No problems I can see right now. Running FSX, Far Cry3, rFactor, Dirt, Black Ops, Battlefield3.

Cons: none so far

4 out of 5 eggsCool PC

Pros: This is a really cool PC I mean literally cool this PC is so cool that it puts out no heat what so ever. It actually puts out cool air compared to my old cyberpower PC that could heat my whole living room. So far it appears to perform great and the graphics are fantastic. The Nvidia GeForce 660 ti card is fast. Ran a few games last night and the graphics appear crisper than ever.

Cons: None so far

5 out of 5 eggsNice Computer

Pros: I bought my CyberpowerPC from Newegg on 02/13/2013

Gamer Xtreme 1379
Intel Core i5 3570k
2TB HDD Capacity
Windows 8 64-Bit

Several reasons as to why I bought it from Newegg--
Free shipping-- $75 savings
Fast shipping --I had my computer in 3 days
The specs were close to what I was looking to buy from CyberpowerPC and a little less expensive.

I made my purchase then after reading the CyberpowerPC forums here I realized the xtreme gear Power supplies were junk I looked at the pictures of my PC on Newegg especially a close up of the power supply which showed it was a xtreme gear-- so I made plans to purchase a better one after it arrived-- after my PC arrived I opened the case it was not a xtreme gear PSU but a Thermaltake 750W. The wiring was neatly placed, the fans run quite-- the fans in my old PC roared under a load.

The computer was well packed-- had packing inside the computer to keep the memory and video card in place during shipping--

I have had it now for about 3 weeks. Everything worked perfect right out of the box and will run any game I throw at it. I have Far Cry and Half Life 2 maxed out and I get 200-500 FPS. Overall I am well pleased with my purchase so far. I would definitely buy another CyberpowerPC.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Newegg should have a breakdown of the what brand of components are in the Computers they sell.

5 out of 5 eggsWOOOOOO

Pros: This computer is very quiet and has great air circulation. Everything has run flawless

Cons: the only issue I had was one of the fans wasn't hooked up because all of the wires are run behind the mother board but about 10 seconds of work and it was fixed

Other Thoughts: aside from the fan issue this computer has been great. I am not going to blast the company over a plug slipping it happens even in home built pcs and if anything happens to die its just part of a pc guess that is why you should buy an extended warranty to make sure it is fixed

1 out of 5 eggsI have never been more dissapointed with the quality of a computer

Pros: I guess I should start with the pros and a little back history. I dont have any PC background, actually Im a freelance artist who works part time from home. But My "part time income" is about 75% of my finances. I had been running a basic HP and wanted something better, so I saved every extra penny I had. I know that you should build your own pc, but the thing is, I had never even looked at the inside of a pc, let alone pieced one together. With my boyfriend about 1,000 miles away and only google at my finger tips, I looked up a great alternative. I was excited about a cyberpower pc! Reviews had said it was as close to a home made pc as one could get! And 1,000 dollars was a lot for me. So in july I purchased one (similar to this one except with the i7 and a gtx 560, mine is no longer available on new egg to review). To be totally honest, at first it worked like gem! No power issues (like some reviews I'd read), didnt over heat, was quiet. Games ran smoothly on ultra settings, and I had even gotten an over clocked evga card! The specs? They were wonderful and if I had reviewed it in july, you would have seen a 5 star rating..but lets cut down to the cons shall we?

Cons: Starting about 2 weeks ago I started to notice little problems, like screening at random. I called Cyberpower and I was told it was probably my powersupply. That was switched out for a new, and the problems persisted. After doing some research I realized that it wasnt the power supply, it was the hard drive. So I call them again, the technician procedes to talk to me like a little on the slow side. Telling me that he didnt infact feel it was the HDD, but that it was just a fan or a corrupt windows file. Even though, I told him that the pc wasnt even recognizing the seagate, that the only way it would is if I tried to boot from the disk. Turns out, after he has me wipe the drive (and lose all my work to put windows on it because clearly, I couldnt be right) It was the HDD. Brand new seagate 2tb hdd. So. Okay. These things happen. I can look beyond a bad hard-drive, as mentioned I was doing my home work! Bad internal hard drives happen and I should have had a back up. I'm not perfect. So, I speak to them about another HDD. Not wanting to send my pc back /again/ I opt to have it sent to me, because at this point i feel confident in putting it in. It's the holiday season so I dont expect it for a bit. But Today, I GOT ANOTHER SURPRISE. Using my old hard drive to keep me working, I noticed a beep, and it was a beep i'd heard before but not thought about until today. And that beep turns into many other short, repeating beeps. BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. over. and over. and over. So, I google, because tomshardware answers > cyberpower pc tech support. And Guess what, Its bad ram! So I get a faulty HDD, and bad ram, 2 for one special with the pc I had been more excited about than anything. So this time im not even going to bother with calling cyberpower, im going to buy some ram off new egg, same as what I have now. I am going to install that ram like a boss, I am going to text my boyfriend to tell him that I made my PC regret sassing off at me and installed that ram like a boss. And I am NEVER going to buy another cyberpower ever again. I will, likely do as my friends say and BUILD MY OWN COMPUTER.

Other Thoughts: I guess I can thank cyberpower for one thing. I now dont feel like I need to run to my boyfriend anytime something goes wrong. I feel more confident with piecing together my computer and getting new parts because well...I had no one to rely on but myself. I will install the new HDD & Ram when they get here, and i will ORDER a new graphic card (just because I feel like it, I <3 you evga, girl you are the only one for me and the one thing cyberpower got right) as a congrats to me gift, and I will look back on this moment as lesson learned.

Seriously cyberpower, if i could go back in time I would save my 1100 dollars another month or two, and make something worth while.

p.s. sorry for the horrific typos.
