Pros: Sorry at this point not much good to say about this computer. Great when it works, it just doesn't work most of the time. Would give it 0 star rating but that's not available.

Cons: Alright so the computer is still not right. On 1/10/14 I shipped it back to CP because it would not turn on, no power. They fixed it and shipped it back. NIce fast turn around. When I went to turn it on, NO POWER!!!!. exactly as when I had shipped it to them. ????. I continued to try to power it up and after 50 to 100 tries it did start up. Ran fine until 2/10/14, one month and then would not power up again, just as before they "fixed" it. Called tech support and asked for a refund or a new computer because this one is obviously a real lemon by any definition. The tech says no can do it is our policy to not give refunds or new computer but we will fix it just ship it back AGAIN. I told him CP had fixed it but it came back in same defective condition and I was tired of being without a computer and constantly reboxing and going to UPS with it. He says sorry. I ask to talk to a supervisor. He refuses. Can they do that, lol? I said ok send me another shipping label. On 2/17/14 I shipped it back to them again. Not expecting much from CyberpowerPC at this point. I really think they should replace the computer with a new one at this point. I understand their policy but this seems like a set of circumstance where they might want to bend their rules to make a customer happy. I have been working with them. Wouldn't hurt them to give me an upgraded computer for my time and trouble.

Other Thoughts: I really want to like this computer.

Pros: Ok I am updating my first review. I resolved the video card issue by myself. CP told me I had a bad video card but when a new driver came out I downloaded that and like magic no more problem. Apparently the driver they shipped with was not compatible with something, my guess is that it didn't like windows 8.

I have now had the computer for just about 6 wks and it has been performing well. Very fast and quiet, no heat issues. I was using it this morning and suddenly the light in my room flickered and computer died. I thought a circuit breaker in the house had popped but everything was fine. All the lights in my room came back immediately. But there seems to be no power to the computer now. I think the power supply went bad. I have been reading that a lot of CP computers have an underpowered power supply (350) which is what mine has. Waiting for a response to my email to tech support. They are probably going to make me send this thing back at my expense and that won't be cheap.

Other Thoughts: If I had to do over again I would buy something else. This computer has been a lemon from day one.

1 out of 5 eggsYou get what you pay for a lesson hard learned

Pros: It looks nice. It is quiet. Decent price. Newegg got it to me fast.

Cons: No WiFi so you will have to buy an adapter. Problems started as soon as I turned it on. The NVIDIA graphics card is no good. Every few minutes my monitor will go black and then I get this message "Display driver stopped Responding -Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kewrnel Mode Driver Version 314.22 stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
I contacted CyberpowerPC and they said my video card was damaged and need to be replaced. They would even send me a replacement. I just needed to package up the card and send it back to them (at my expense) and then they would ship me another card. So, 1 week to send it to them, another for them to process, and yet another week to send me the new video card. So I am to sit with no computer for 3 to 4 weeks. Thanks guys!

Other Thoughts: Do not buy this if you want it to work upon arrival without having to spend extra money to get it repaired and working as it should have worked. I would have rated this lower but one egg was the lowest.

Pros: Performance, value for the money, quiet.

Cons: No keyboard or mouse, case too big for what it holds, and power supply. Wish I could run two video cards in SLI

Other Thoughts: So I picked one of these up as an open box special. Turns out the video card was a GTX 650 Ti Boost 1 GB model. Able to run BF3 at 60 fps on Ultra settings in 720p. Right now I'm using it hooked up to a 32" tv that doesn't support full 1080p. I'm curious what my framerate will be when playing at 1080p. I have to say though that I'm pretty happy with this purchase.
