3 out of 5 eggsAn Okay Computer

Pros: Nice computer, An okay graphics card and a decent processor.

Cons: The processor Ghz could be higher, and the graphics card could be better, no monitor.

Other Thoughts: You would be better off building your own PC with a monitor for $800.w

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great PC for out of the box. Can run ESO no problem on high settings. It blue, i like blue, even got a matching blue controller to go with it. everything glows! makes a good nightlight in the living room for late night snacking and water breaks.

Cons: had to upgrade power supply. thankfully newegg had one that also glowed blue. when i set it up for the first time my graphics card was DOA. The guy at cyberpower was great a great help. Not sure how many techs they have their, but im pretty sure they are the same guy. (talk to three guys all sounded the same to me) they sent me a new card no trouble.

Other Thoughts: This my first PC that i did not build from ground up, i like it. might add more fans later on. Blue ones.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It a great computer when it works. Had it less than 3 months and all the USB port over heated.

Cons: If you have to get any work done on the PC after purchase be ready to spend A LOT of money on shipping and hours on the phone. I had to call Cyberpower 3 time each time I was on hold from 30-65 minutes when there was only 1 or 2 people in queue. The first time I sent the PC back for repair it cost me $65.00 in shipping, I only had the PC 3 months. Got the PC back and it had the same issue. Called Cyberpower back again, on hold over an hour let the tech talk to my son about the issue and he hung up before I got back on the phone. Looks like I'll be spending the next hour on hold.

4 out of 5 eggsreview update

Pros: Get price for good gaming components. Can't build yourself for less. Update here: good tech support from company if you have a problem,

Cons: Fan runs very loud. At least louder than what I'm used to.

Other Thoughts: After having a problem with windows 8 getting corrupt. (had to re install lost everything) Had same problem happen with pc locking up. after several calls to tech support from cyberpower (every call handled very professional) We may have narrowed down the problem. Even If the problem comes back I have full confidence in their support. This PC will run Arma II and dayz (question asked of me in email) So far it has handled everything we have loaded on it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Computer

Pros: Very fast, it has run anything I have played on it with the highest settings. This includes Battlefield.

Cons: I guess you can say the fan is a little loud but it's not that noticeable so I haven't really found any so far.

2 out of 5 eggsSomewhat Frustrated

Pros: Get good PC for gaming at a very cheap price.

Cons: Windows 8.1. also fan seems to run at a very high speed somewhat noisy. Would love to have given a higher grade but company policies have soured me a bit.

Other Thoughts: After having it for just over 2 months windows 8 decided to go corrupt. When searching for a manual or recovery disc in the old packaging (we save everything) found nothing. Called tech support, while agent was very polite and professional he informed me since i didn't report the lack of a recovery disc when delivered I now have to pay $33 to have another one sent to me. Please be sure to check the packaging for all missing components or you will also be out some cash. also make sure to register pc on the shippers website

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PC for the price!

Pros: Purchased this computer in November for about $480 with a discounted price and promo code. A steal for what you get.

I got it mostly to play a few games like WoW (high to ultra), Diablo (high), Aion (mid), and a few games from Steam (ultra/high/mid). It's been able to handle most of what I've thrown at it. Probably upgrade it down the line as needed.

-Fast
-Reliable
-Runs cool
-Decent entry-level graphics card
-Loads of room for expansion
-Easily accessible internals

Cons: No wireless or Bluetooth integration. Might be an issue for some, but I've got mine tethered to my notebook for internet until I feel like moving my router. It's personal preference, especially with wireless keyboards and mice; it's just nice to not have to worry about batteries. Ugh...

Fans run a bit louder than what I'm used to from previous computers (notebook, all-in-one desktop), but that's to be expected I suppose. And it's nothing that can't easily be fixed by adjusting fan speeds or replacing them with something quieter altogether.

The supplied mouse and keyboard do feel a bit cheap, but still work great. Keys do, however have a nice responsive feel to them. And again, nothing you can't swap out. I have been using the mouse as it is a bit better for gaming then what I was using.

Not a huge fan of Windows, especially 8. As someone who's been using OS X for the last eight years or so, there's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to navigating the UI. I used 7 here and there, which I thought was very nice and user-friendly compared to previous versions. But of course, it's nothing against the hardware.

Definitely not worth detracting any eggs over any of these issues.

Other Thoughts: A few things that are omitted in the specifications are that the GPU memory interface is 128-bit with 384 Stream Processors. I believe the video card is slightly different than the one that shipped with my unit a few months ago.

Also, like many other reviewers here mine came with a 430W PSU. A modest upgrade from the 350W listed in the specs. Still, you'll most likely want/need to upgrade it if you're planning on swapping out the GPU for something a more powerful.

I was a little worried about the case itself looking a bit tacky, but it's much nicer in person. It's also very light and durable, and has very easily accessible panels for components and cable management. I also didn't think I'd care for the LEDs, but they're a nice touch that adds to the cosmetics of what would otherwise be a dull black case.

Shipping, as is usually the case with Newegg, was very fast. The computer was packed up safely in two boxes with good packing materials.

All-in-all a great entry level PC for someone looking to build their own, but not quite up for starting from scratch. A must buy for any enthusiast!

4 out of 5 eggsWorks Great!!!!

Pros: -Everything worked great, out of the box
-The PSU came with more wattage than advertised (435W instead of 350W, I believe.)

Cons: -The only con is that even with the upgraded PSU, after plugging in a midi contoller and a few other usb devices, the DVD drive wasn't getting enough power, and would disappear. I purchased a 835W power supply and everything is now working, without issue.

Other Thoughts: I am very happy with how snappy this PC is and am enjoying the windows 8.1 experience.

5 out of 5 eggsUpdate

Pros: I wrote a review when I first got it and thought I would write an updated review. Everything is still working great! I love this PC. Still don't have the mouse that it was suppose to come with.

Cons: Still don't have the mouse that it was suppose to come with after submitting the problem to new egg twice already. Haven't gotten a response to the second e-mail that I've sent weeks ago. I tried calling the number provided and haven't had any luck. Just machine after machine transferring me to machine after machine.

Other Thoughts: Wish I had the mouse to go with my awesome computer but hey it could be worse!

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

3 out of 5 eggsHmm...

Pros: Cool Case

Cons: CD/DVD Drive is horrible
Some components not hooked up

Other Thoughts: Bought this computer as an upgrade so I could let my fiance use my old one to play games with each other on. The front fan in the case was never hooked up to the PSU, and the CD/DVD drive buzzes and skips and barely reads Discs. I bought a new PSU (nothing wrong with the one that came with it) and a new GPU (Sapphire R9 270X, Again nothing wrong with the one that came with it). I hooked up the front fan to the PSU and bought a new CD/DVD drive. Kind of feel like I regret this purchase with the money I put into it along with what I paid for it I should have just built my own computer again. Lesson learned for trying to take shortcuts.

Manufacturer Response:
