Bad first impression
This review is from: CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra GU2188 Desktop PC A10-Series APU A10-7700K (3.5GHz) 8GB DDR3 2TB HDD Windows 8.1 64bit
Pros: Decent performance for the money. Has been able to run everything I need. Dual monitor capability was a bonus.
Cons: Blue lights in case are bright and annoying. Will be unplugged shortly. Hard drive makes a fair amount of noise. Need to keep rebooting for it to stay connected to my home network. If it sits idle for a day or 2, it must be rebooted to connect to anything.
Other Thoughts: When first received, the hard drive was not mounted in the case. Everything was plugged in, but the HD was just lying on the cables in the bottom of the case. I mounted the drive and booted it up. Windows would not activate. It had another windows license key in it that did not match the sticker on the case. Microsoft said the key was blocked. I entered the key from the sticker and the activation went through. Honest opinion. I think I was given a refurb/return unit. This was my first Cyberpower purchase. Might be my last.
