Cons: Have to make a few updates. Don't buy if you can't.

Pros: First....I would like to fully apologize to everyone at NewEgg for my earlier poor rating and rant. Secondly....I would like to say how very much the company stepped up and resolved the issue I had with this product. Although my product arrived & did not work properly, the company came forard and took time to make things right. For that I am grately appreciated.

Cons: I really can't say much about this system because when mine arrived it had a defective graphics card so I was unable to even use it. However a replacement is on the way.

Pros: Nothing good can be said about newegg.com

Cons: This product is defective. This company is a rip-off. They sell defective products, force people to pay to have them reyurned for a replacement, then refuse to help the customer.

Other Thoughts: This was my first and last time using this crooked company. They ought to pay full price of the return on a defective product instead of robbing the customer and making them pay extra.

Pros: The only good thing I can say is that it got here in 3 days like I requested.

Cons: This product is not worth the money or time wasted trying to get it. Once it arrived I plugged all the cables in, turned the power on, and it would not detect my monitor. I even tried using a new flatscreen hoping that maybe my other monitor wasn't compatible and it wouldn't even detect that one. It's a waste of my time & money for nothing.

Pros: Good workstation. I bought it as a workstation for a backup CRM system and it works just fine as configured.

Cons: I thought it was poorly packaged for shipment. It was apparently undamaged but it did slide back and forth in the unopened box.

Other Thoughts: I took one egg for the way it was packed but I have absolutely no complaints about the PC itself.
