Cons: Came right up into Windows XP Pro. let me enter the license code, activated, and then it told me the installation was not complete. I put in the cd for the os that came with it and it wouldn't copy some files the box said that it needed. So I got an rma. Other Thoughts: I ordered 2 more hoping for better results. Cons: Item description was misleading and a key component (which is optional) was not identified as optional. The part (necessary PCI riser card in order to use PCI or PCIe slot) costs $80 or more. Other Thoughts: I am overall happy with the product and probably would have purchased it even knowing it lacked the necessary card.
