Works fine, don't let previous review scare you
Cons: A few minor cons. As the previous reviewer mentioned, this has only a dual-core Pentium 4 3.0 GHz processor, rather than the stated 3.2 GHz. I am not concerned about this, no noticeable difference between 3.0 and 3.2. There was a sticky spot near the Win7 COA, and the hard drive is somewhat noisy. As I said, all minor, but worth noting.
Other Thoughts: The computer arrived in fine condition with all the necessary cables. It started up OK, though on the first startup it counts the RAM, which takes some time, and the time and date were not set. You go through the usual Windows setup and type in the product key, which works, but when you get to the desktop you have the black desktop and the counterfeit Windows warnings. Once you get online and activate the key you're fine, though. This PC comes with a special version of Win7 specifically for refurbished computers. Mine had a Windows XP COA still on it too.

Not as advertised
Cons: Every spec here shows that this should be a 3.2GHz CPU when in fact that CPU shipped is a 3.0GHz. Keyboard and mouse shipped are NOT HP products. They are really cheap aftermarket peripherals.
Other Thoughts: I purchased this as a replacement for an older PC that had a CPU thermal problem. I realize this is an older model but the advertised specs MATCHED what I was replacing. Very disappointed that I received a SLOWER machine than what I had and slower than what was advertised. The unit does function but that's about it.
