1 out of 5 eggsUPDATE

Pros: When working this machine worked great.

Cons: Less than 90 days after I got the machine I have a major hardware issue with either the motherboard or the power supply.

Other Thoughts: I paid for a warranty on this machine and am currently getting a whole lot of hassle trying to use it.

1 out of 5 eggsUpdate to previous review

Pros: None now, the machine is a brick

Cons: After one month of owning this now apparently discontinued machine it has completely busted. The machine was working fine until I went to turn it on and discovered that the machine would just recycle power over and over again. It never even gets to the monitor. Now it's just completely dead. It won't even power up at all. I have a two year warranty on the machine but I'll bet since it's discontinued I'm out of $1600+. Unless this gets fixed I probably won't buy from NewEgg again.

Seems to run cool (temp).

Runs Battlefield 4 great.

5 out of 5 eggsVery pleased

Pros: The machine is extremely fast to boot up. It takes less than fifteen seconds to get to the desktop from startup. The two high end games I have set up so far run great on the highest settings. The software package is pretty cool with many useful utilities. I'm running at about 89 F when playing games so the fans in the system are doing their job.

Cons: Windows 8 was buggy as heck when I first got it. I downloaded the updates from Microsoft and that seems to have done the trick. The utilities on the disc are very useful but if you are getting recurring errors on anything read the error message carefully, it might be one of the utilities.

Other Thoughts: I've had this machine for just over a week and I am confident that it will play just about every game on the market now with no problem whatsoever. I will update the review if it does not.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PC

Pros: -Quality Components Used in the Computer
-Solid Technical Support if any issues may arise
-Competitive Pricing

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I am currently very pleased with the new machine. It is very fast and is as advertised.

When first ordered, there was a minor issue that was resolved. I had to get in contact with Avatar Gaming's technical support team, while they are quite busy they go out of their way to help and I feel that they are knowledgeable in their respective field. I was since able to get the issue resolved and feel confident in their ability to assist me in any other issues should they arise.

I was weary purchasing from a relatively unknown PC company when seeking to buy my new desktop. So far, I am very pleased that I have chosen to purchase from Avatar Gaming PC's and would recommend to anyone else if thinking of purchasing to consider.

5 out of 5 eggsAbsolutely Awesome

Pros: i7-4770K 3.5GHz - Unlocked I7 3.9GHz cpu super easy to overclock

120GB Solid State - Operation drive (Preloaded Windows 8)

1TB SATA III 7200RPM - Storage Drive

NVIDIA GTX 760 2GB - Gigabyte WindForce (3 fan cooling system) also super easy to overclock and runs cold and quiet.

16GB DDR3 Memory - It's enough...

I'm sure i missed a lot here i can't stress how amazing this machine is the price is right on ... i dare you to build this rig yourself for less

Cons: no memory card reader, no blu-ray, no built in wifi, no top mounted fans (the beautiful case is made for 2), side acrylic window is tinted very dark (no lights in the case and the shade of tint make it kinda useless),

Other Thoughts: you get the power you pay for and a whole lot more... this thing is beautiful... no junk here all name brand parts... you get a machine built for some serious work... i will be throwing a couple hundred dollars at this rig to really make it my own as i mention more fans and lights are an inexpensive must... but theres plenty of room to add more SSD, RAM, Power, and of course go sli with the 760 when they come down in price here in a couple years.... great machine top of the line and if you know what your doing you shouldn't need a new rig for many years

5 out of 5 eggsEverything you need, Really

Pros: Top end CPU, GPU.
Plenty of RAM

Windows 8 pre-installed on the SSD

Cons: No issues as of yet

Other Thoughts: What's the point of pricing out your own build? I was ready to purchase all of my parts separately when I stumbled upon this. The only thing I really plan on doing is upgrading the SSD to a 250gb. Quiet, Stays cool, LOOKS cool! Runs awesome. I decided to finally give windows 8 a chance, and I have to say it is definitely tolerable.

If you can get this on sale, don't pass it up.
