4 out of 5 eggsThis thang is hot

Pros: Pretty light for a mid-tower
Not flashy
quick startup even without an SSD
runs most games
darn near silent

Cons: Tiny motherboard
runs a little hot

Other Thoughts: perfect for a first computer, but if you're looking to move up and upgrade, I wouldn't suggest it.

The motherboard is tiny; I have three harddrives in this and I've run out of sata ports, having to disconnect my disk drive to accommodate.

Anything you put in the pci slot will be blocking the fan on the video card which doesn't help how hot the video card gets; but after over a year the thing hasn't quit on me yet (I take it places so I kind of beat it up a lot) and it still runs pretty much any game I throw at it; even if I have to put them on the lowest settings.

If you're on a budget, it's perfect, but if you have even $100 more, it'd be a better choice to just build your own PC with an i7 instead of AMD and a full ATX.

2 out of 5 eggsRevised Review "False Advertisement"

Pros: As stated in previous

Cons: -False advertisement of PSU
In the picture that they advertise there is a picture of a coolermaster 460 watt PSU.
The Computer actually has a generic IP Win 450W PSU.
Just bought a 550w capstone because I can't trust this psu if I am about to upgrade my other components.

Too many parts seem to be needing upgrading...
I should have just built my own.

Other Thoughts: Giving this 2 eggs just because other components have ran well so far.

4 out of 5 eggsValue

Pros: -Affordable
-Good starter machine

If you are looking for a budget gaming PC this is actually not a bad pc, comparative to the other pcs with similar pricing.
It runs most games well enough and you can always upgrade its components.
For the GPU; I'd recommend for a upgrade route to get a geforce 970x as it doesn't require much power.
The 8GB of ram is good enough but you could always go and get another stick of 8GB of ram if you are choosing to upgrade.
The PSU although not the highest wattage seems competent enough for my useage which is usually weeks of not turning the computer off.
The Processor can also be upgraded to a fx-8350 in time, but the fx-6300 is still not a bad processor all in all.

Cons: -Windows 8
-Hard drive locked
-stock cpu fan is loud

Under CPU load the stock fan is just naturally loud, so I'd recommend an immediate upgrade out of it. Also don't trust the longevity of the stock cooler.

Windows 8 being the *explicit* OS that it is tends to have blue screens randomly and will shut down the computer.
The part that bugs me is this computer comes with a locked hard drive which doesn't let you refresh your computer through the allotted software.
You have to make sure you have the recovery disk inside of the dvd drive otherwise the computer wont even go into the windows recovery mode. Also on this note even if you try to "recover/refresh" the windows it will not as the hard drive is locked. So the only way out of this is make sure you have the recovery disk inside the dvd drive, then when it prompts you to install or refresh the OS just shut down the pc and then restart it and it will take you back to normal operating.
Just seems like an added inconvenience with the already finicky OS which is Windows 8.

This computer gets 4 stars because of these faults.

4 out of 5 eggsyou get what you pay for

Pros: It runs well, you aren't going to playing on ultra graphics, but did you really expect to? I bought this with the intention of revamping a part at a time as the money came in and using the current parts to make a backup pc, because my knowledge was pretty low at the time i didnt want to just flat out build one. This is a great start up computer to introduce yourself in to pc gaming world

Cons: My only major problem was how cheap the case was. However i planned on buying a full case later on to add upgrades so it wasn't that big of a deal. I had no overheating problems or anything along those lines.

1 out of 5 eggsDon't waste your money

Pros: I would say the price, but $680 is expensive for something that doesn't work and the poor customer support I've received

Cons: Cheap parts, poorly manufactured, terrible customer service, etc.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this computer about four months ago. Since then, I've had to replace the GPU, HDD, PSU, AND motherboard.

First of all, when I got the computer, the power supply wasn't even connected to the HDD, so I had to open up the computer case immediately after receiving the product.

Then, the internal network card on the motherboard stopped functioning. Oh well, I thought, looks like I'll just be buying a wireless USB adapter, right? Wrong. Not only did the internal network card stop working, but after about a week, the USB drives started disconnecting randomly, which meant that my network connection would constantly be dropped. Not only that, but the mouse, keyboard, and headset would also stop functioning because of the USB issues.

Of course, these events didn't all transpire over night. I've ran into countless software and hardware problems throughout the past four months. I'm extremely disappointed in this product and this brand that I took a risk trying.

I've mentioned all of via a two tickets filed with Avatar's customer support team, one submitted a month ago and one submitted last week, and have yet to receive a response from anyone. Please, learn from my mistakes and don't waste your money on this product.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Was ready to go out of the far I'm extremely happy with my purchase! I made a great choice! I play CS:GO and I can run in on High with about 100fps+ so I feel like I got a steal...If you're an entry level gamer, this is a great rig to play most if not all your games on med-high settings.

Cons: The fan is pretty loud...but you can't complain too much due to the performance of the PC

Other Thoughts: If the fan wasn't so def would be 5 stars... It's like 4.5 lol

5 out of 5 eggswas really impressed with how it was for the price

Pros: cheap and works well, came ready to play, haven't had issues so far

Cons: the fans are a little loud and the lights are pretty bright

Other Thoughts: i got this computer for like one hundred dollars cheaper from the open box thing and am super impressed i love this machine i did upgrade from a pretty bad laptop that couldn't even play league of legends at a solid twenty but with this at max settings without v sync i am hitting 130 fps and most the other games i have thrown at it have played at 45-50 fps on high settings at least i am super happy with this product if you are looking for a computer that is good and cheap this is your product

3 out of 5 eggsSolid, but be wary.

Pros: Easy setup, came ready to rock and I was gaming within a couple of hours. Those saying this computer won't run BF4, PS2, Etc. Wrong. BF4 I can run on pretty high settings and a decent frame-rate. PS2 is the same. I can also run TESO at 20-30 frames on high settings. GPU is somewhat lacking but easy to upgrade later on.

Cons: CPU fan is about as cheap as you can go. I have noticed others had it die within the first 3-4 months as well. I had noticed mine was slowing down over the past week and it completely died on me a day ago. Easily fixed but definitely annoying. (This stock CPU fan is also the one that is very loud upon booting the system).

Other Thoughts: GPU Is a bit lacking however this can be upgraded later. If you are buying this computer I would recommend that you just buy a better CPU Fan/Heatsink right off the bat. Don't run the risk of the fan dieing 2-3 months in, just get rid of it right away.

3 out of 5 eggsWhat I expected

Pros: Cheap
Runs Older games pretty well

Cons: GPU is lacking, but you can upgrade it later down the line
Somewhat loud
The picture flat out lies about what kind of Power supply it comes with.
Generic Power supply

Other Thoughts: It ran DayZ mod at 20-30 FPS in big cities and went up to 30-50 FPS in the wilderness.

It Runs Fallout New Vegas on ultra with mods at 30-60 FPS outdoors and stayed at a constant 60 indoors

Red Orchestra 2 ran pretty well at 50-60 FPS on high settings

Those are the only games I've tried playing on it so far, so meh. Anyone that's saying it can run BF4/BF3/PS2 well is probably lying.
